I was originally going to make this course ranking list into a tier list, but have you ever seen 96 pictures on the screen at once? You can't read that. So we're sticking with the ordered list of tracks here.

He mentioned Waluigi Pinball, and I got my torch ready, but then he put Baby Park and I instantly replaced it with an ice cold drink
Not far into the video, just want to comment on Boo Lake. If we had gotten Banshee Boardwalk instead, it would have been extremely boring; that course is pretty much all straightaways. Boo Lake is graphically solid, fantastic layout imo, only issue is lack of spectacle (which it doesn't need because of its nature) and short length. But I'd rather a track be done too soon rather than go too long
I had never really thought about it until you pointed it out but it is kind of crazy how for the Tokyo course you spend so much of it on a boring highway when as someone who has lived in Tokyo I have been on the highway like... 1 time

Excitebike is also an crossover track too, and we do have a splatoon battle course.
On squeaky there are 2 paths behind the sink
If you go far right off the glider there's an upper path that takes you back down with a bouncy mushroom
If you take the lower path and go behind the sink there's a boost pad hidden in the corner
It's not always about the views, but just 700 seems for an hour long vid seems criminal. I quite enjoyed your commentary on each track

Ok so we ignoring the fact that N64 rainbow road used to be an astronomically long track with little to no difficulty
A few little shortcuts here and there, GBA snowland having the shortcut that saves the most time
Remind me in exactly five months to quote you on 0:52 when I write my own course ranking for no reason
When I saw 97 was baby park and I said yes baby park is where it belongs, but why 97 aren’t there 96. One hour later. Number one is baby park. I was like what, this guy but baby park twice that is criminal.
Actually, my friend Frankie thinks Waluigi Pinball is overrated cause he always gets hit by the Pinballs. He has 8000 points online.
SKILL ISSUE-
I mean, once you know what the ShyGuys on Sunset Wild used to look like, you start to understand why the music was western. I prefer them having a bit of a discrepancy in the theme than what just being offensive
Shy Guy Falls should be #1 obviously, best track in Mario Kart history
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is one of my favourite games full stop, however I do class 90% if the tracks as just 'mid' (tho there's good mid, bad mid and just mid but still they're all mid)

They should have added Luigi’s circuit from the ds you know the one with the rain and the weather observation center and they should have added delphino square

Huh, with N64 Rainbow Road, you really prefer the 6-minute borefest entirely surrounded by guardrails compared to the not overly long remake with more interesting stuff going on it and isn’t all guardrails? (I’m not even saying that N64 Rainbow Road’s remake is all that amazing, just that it’s overall better than the original)

16:26: I am not even a third of the way through the video, but you saying the opening of N64 Rainbow Road has been ruined is probably what's gonna piss me off the most in this video. If you're at the lead position at the start of the race on 150cc, the anti-gravity and then the boost panel straight downwards are perfectly synced to where the giant fucking orchestra decides to go fuckin hard, and while it's hard to explain why it's so good, just playing it and paying attention to it is pretty much my favorite part of any level. The rest of the track is B tier at best

Honestly, I think Mario circuit DS is well designed, but I would rank it like around 80

Dragon Driftway is my favorite. Rainbow Road 8 my favorite RR. finally someone understanding how good they are
ngl pubbing children will always be the best part of playing video games. if i cant stunt on a child and then scream at them through my mic with the full knowledge that my words are being blasted through their living room speakers, i dont want it.

Why did they bring Baby Park Back......that map worked for double dash because of the items, now a days the new items don't mesh well with this track and the barriers in the middle of the map makes this bland and boring

Your ranking of the City courses is so,,, weird. I don’t disagree that their all very samey and do a bad job of representing the city their representing, but if you liked Athens Dash so much, which it certainly sounded like you did, why is it so far below New York Minute, Vancouver Velocity, & Berlin Byways? you did nothing but complain and made no attempt to explain why their so high on the list? It sounds like they should be at the least below Athens Dash then??

for how negative you are about the city courses im surprised u have them higher than multiple courses that u praised lol
Yeah, it's just because of how samey they all are. Since there's so many of the city courses, I really didn't want to repeat myself saying, "I like how we take a different course through the map each lap" for every single city course.
It's a fun idea that does give the courses some extra quality compared to things like Mario Circuit 3, but that really is all some of these courses have going for them, so it did end up being a bit more complaint filled once I removed that.
