Great Pilates workout. I do weight lifting and cardio Monday-Thursday. Then I like to do something different on Friday’s. Found this and it was great.

Is the crest pad good for capsulitis / bursitis under the 2nd toe ? I have a terrible pain under my 2nd -3rd toe , diagnosed as above . I use already use personalised orthotics . Pls help , regards from Spain. TY !
