I create so many illogical fears of punishment often resulting in sleepless nights. It’s bothersome but nice to have a better understanding through watching your video. Thank you for your content.

Thank you John. I am happy you find value in this video. My goal for making it was to give a better understanding of why we come up with this fear. The more we learn about our mind the more we liberate ourselves.

The best way is to find out who punished you in childhood (parents, teachers, your boss). It can be either physical or emotional. When you find the root, you can integrate that moment (looking at your past from the mind of an adult). We are never born with guilt, our careguvers cultivate it in us. I have free meditations on my website, with self analysis)) you can download then and listen for free. Also working with your subconscious mind helps (inner work, meditations, hypnotherapy, NLP).

Animals do punish. But that's just a quick note. Great video and great talk. This helped me feel a bit stronger.

@@fearsexpert-katesemeniuk you're welcome. I really enjoyed this video. As of and over the last few year's we have been so bombarded with crap, it was refreshing to hear.
I'm feeling bad because I love to drive fast and go camping without being in anyway endangering other's or needing to comply to rule's to just go sit out for the night in the bush. It's relaxing, but the fear of getting in trouble really keeps me staying home 🙂
It is a self imposed prison somewhat isn't it.
      👍💗

@@datwistyman I totally understand. This fear used to give me sleepless nights because I would overthink every word I said and every action I took. I would feel just like I did when I was a little girl.

@@fearsexpert-katesemeniuk the most important thing in life/mind is feeling acceptable and important and free to be you without trouble. Lol it's hard to explain isn't it 😁 You know when you are doing the wrong thing, and don't for the most part. After you grow up and become an adult.
We should know how to take care, to take care and enjoy thing's without it negativity affecting other's.
Lol God every one is so PC these day's it's like trying to speak while you gag yourself lol. 😜🤦
Yeah I over think way to much and have the same problem when I try to sleep the flood gates open and it loud.

Animals do punish their children, but not as extreme as humans since we’ve rarely have predators and are usually separated from the wild.
