My Potato salad: potatoes, onion, S&P, mustard, ishmayo and Mezzetta Deli Style Zesty Bell Pepper Relish. Yummy. This relish is also great on burger, hot dogs, egg salad, sub sandwiches........

I do potatoes, onion, Mayo, mustard, boiled eggs, celery, salt & pepper on my potatoe salad! Some times I don’t even put onion in it but the green onions sounds really good! Oh and sweet pickles!
Kathie says: I’ve always heard not to soften your butter in the microwave when the recipe calls for room temperature butter because the middle will melt. My trick is to nuke it for 5 seconds, take it out & turn it over, nuke it for another 5 seconds...then take it out and check it. If it is still cold & hard, nuke it for 5 seconds more. Put it in the mixer and mix the daylights out of it. Adding sugar, eggs & vanilla will whip it up perfectly 🌸 Everything you are making looks so good!!! Have a Happy Holiday!!!
My “warm milk” setting works fine for me. I use it for butter all of the time.

Mmmmm, that pie looks delicious. I have been getting wonderful strawberries at Bush-N-Vine in York, SC. It is well worth the drive to get strawberries there. I live about 45 minutes away and they really taste like strawberries. The local strawberries just do not taste like these. You do not even need sugar on them. I will be going back to get more berries so I can make this pie. I love anything with cream cheese. Thank you for sharing. Love yall

Strawberries!!! My favorite fruit, so I’ve got to try this pie, used to have a recipe similar to this but it got lost. May try cutting a few calories by using Reduced Fat Cream Cheese & Sugar Free Jello & see if it’s OK that way, believe me I need to cut as many as I can!!!
One of the very best potato salad recipes I've ever made is one called _Cottage Potato Salad_ and it uses small curd cottage cheese mixed in with Hellman's mayonnaise. It also has sliced red potatoes, boiled egg, green onion, black olives, pickle relish, and salt/pepper. It's layered potato salad and is out of this world - search for that one online!
Have you ever tried chow chow instead of relish? It is yummy!
Where do you buy your chow chow? I can’t find it in the stores anymore.
