I'd like to make a recommendation, you might want to consider changing up your gloves. I've been using the vinyl ones from the health section of Wal-Mart or a drug store for years and would never go back to the plastic. They fit my hands a lot better and things usually don't stick to them or if something does end up sticking it scrapes off easily.

I think you should market a Chorizo Making kit with all of the spices included. I think it would sell out ✌ The consumer just add meat and water. 👩‍🍳

I cook chorizo and set it to the side, then cube potatoes, fry them, add onion jalapeños and the chorizo back in, then pour over a couple of eggs and scramble it all together. Makes the best breakfast tacos. Top with the salsa of your choice!!!!

Omg such an amazing and simple recipes. I made your chorizo recipe with exact propotional measurement for 1lb of ground pork. My husband was really impressed. He says it tastes exactly like we had at Mexico and authentic Mexican resturant in US. I always thought I cant make chorizo at home. I had thought it was a complex process of smoking and ageing the meat . But this recipe is remarkable. All the ingridents were available at home except the Chiles and oregano, which i found easily at a Mexican grocery store. Thank you for the recipe.
Can you share storage tips? How long it can it last?

I swear I will never buy store bought Chorizo again. This is the best. I use it for breakfast burriots with eggs, fried potatoes, mix it in with ricce and and my enchilladas sauce. You can use chorizo for anything. ..... I live it glad I found this video.
