I literally just watched this about two hours ago... went for a run at the grocery store just a few moments ago and started making the magic happen.... your tutorials are excellent. Thanks so much for making these videos !!! :)
I've never tried them with the egg on the side...I mix the eggs into the tortillas...I garnish with onions, queso cotija and crema...these look delisiosos!!

Try branching out and eat the various/regional Mexican foods and you might be surprised at how healthy it is. Cheers! Every cuisine has fatty, decadent dishes....
