I've never tried them with the egg on the side...I mix the eggs into the tortillas...I garnish with onions, queso cotija and crema...these look delisiosos!!

What i like best is that you take the time to post the recipe. Alot of people putting videos up of Mexican food think oh its my secret recipe. Guess what its not my grandmother is from mexico and i have evert single recipe.
@@gmfitzg Saying Mexican food is not meant to be healthy is quite a generalization. It's like saying American food is unhealthy because cheese burgers and Mac 'n Cheese are typical foods. Try branching out and eat the various/regional Mexican foods and you might be surprised at how healthy it is. Cheers! Every cuisine has fatty, decadent dishes....
