Honest question: is it really worth weighing the protein scoop to the nearest gram? Seems a little over the top after watching a Ronnie Coleman video where the dumps cheese powder on his grits and tops it with a slice of Kraft American. Later he goes to Chili’s for a late night meal.
You dont need “discipline” when every meal is extremely sweetened or so loaded with condiments. Jordan’s meals are so full of refined products that it shows on his lackluster physique. Every meal is brownie batter or shitty english muffins with 3 kinds of siracha sauce. Texas guys look tough. But they are high-maintenance princesses.

It’s easy for me it’s just trial and error you gotta find the right foods for you ones that are easy on the stomach well being calorie dense, for me that’s rice, milk powder, and chicken tacos

All of the flavor gang stuff is overpriced and gross as hell. So sweet it’s impossible to eat. Just products loaded with insane amounts of sweetener to “taste good”.
