If you're starting calisthenics, your first goal should be to master the l-sit. It has push strength, stability, leg mobility, and a bit of core strength. Mastering this will open up so many possibilities and it shows that you're serious about becoming a calisthenics master.

Can't be touched_Calisthenics is more about body control (both isometric and dynamic) and bodyweight training in various settings with an aim to develop strength and balance, not necessarily physique. So you can try harder progressions now to get only better if you have a good physique already! :)

Lussor the cells of the muscles have an space inside (they are larger, different from the normal ones, pretty much tubes filled with muscles fillaments with spaces between some of them), this is the space that is filled by your muscles when they get contracted. when you contract you muscle, it makes a force that shorten itself, but it's not his natural position, it tries to maintain the contracted form and this doesn't mean that the muscle stay in position all the time, so the fibers vibrate because it goes from contracted to relaxed multiple times shortening and lenghtening cause the muscles are going against and resisting the tension.
well thats pretty much, i hope my shitty english does the job. ex di
