Keep going Gabriel! 👏🏼 For the longest time I have battled with this condition and found it hard to talk about it due to fear of being stigmatized. Finding your channel is doing me good. To learn that im not the only one going through this and that with the right medication i can live through life normally.
It amazes me how similar the signs and symptoms are. What people do to calm down cause what you've mentioned is exactly what i do!
There's this other video where you talk about psychosis and religion. I wish there was a way we could get a doctor's take. Because it has really affected my faith. Im afraid of devoting too much and ending up hallucinating.

Thanks for the input, specially the tea. I also know greentea helps.. also if you're overthinking things repeating "I don't know" helps calm your thoughts and helps you reach a relaxed state.

Feeling a lot of anxious thoughts lately.the chamomile tea helps and if i can add elevating your legs for 20 minutes or more a day completely changed my mood.use pillows if u have to.thanks for listening.❤😂🎉

My daughter will not listen to Dr’s or anyone that the voices she hears are not real. Her voices are religious voices. Her “bad” voices tell her to hit herself. Do you think she could ever believe someone that her voices are not real?

"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
She should start reading the new testament.

Untill I understood what hallucinations were then I knew they weren't real just hallucinations. Faith and Education are key to understanding mental illness. Have A Bless Day ❤

Thank you for the question. I strongly believe your daughter will get better with the right treatment. Usually insight comes after you get better. Sorry for the late reply!
