I have a theory. I think that if you have a character in elite smash already it becomes much easier to get another character in. I got my zss to 7.4 million gsp and no dice. Then of course as the cycle goes I lost my way back down again
It’s because he won his first few matches. The first few matches you play with a character have a much larger effect on the character’s GSP than later matches.
I understand brother. Rosa is my main and I'm sure you understand why I don't have anyone in elite smash now.
@@aurachanneler8396 yeah, 3-1 is better than 9-3 even though both have 75% win rate. It really depends on who you get paired with, 3 wins vs low gsp might get you the same gsp as 2 high gsp wins
Your roster also has a base GSP, the more you win with one character the more the GSP of all your characters goes up.

I feel like buffing a lot of the mid-tiers without also buffing Sheik (in any meaningful way) was a stealth nerf for her. More consistent F-Smash is nice but she needs more than that to be viable. Makes me sad because she's just so much fun to play.
