Having taken the same assessment twice, for two different roles, which concluded in different results, I would say this assessment has little to do with personality traits, strenghts, and psychology, rather.....just luck of the draw on the day, as to your temperament in that moment.
My advice.....be methodical and calm, your score isnt important, however, how well you recover and concentrate after failure IS! Some of these tasks, are set to purposely make you fail, and they assess how you recover and continue.

This stupid game has possibly cost me an interview for a job I am perfectly suited for. Somehow this brain training knock off has produced stats saying I lack drive!?
Heres hoping my aplication is strong enough for this to be disregarded.

I took the twice test....the first time passing, and second time failing... I applied for different roles within the prison service, hence having to do it twice, and the results where different for each identical assessment. In conclusion....its complete BS!

Tell me again how exactly is clicking the correct arrow gonna help me do my job in business intelegence. There's no point in these tests. They're just a way to make a candidate ashamed, and thus submit to eh employer. Tell me again how choosing from the correct levers, when there's no hint of which are the good ones and they are all totally random, as the test claims, gonna help me in any given job. What are they evaluating here? My capacity of choosing random levers?
Psychology is so good, so useful, it helps people deal with trauma, with depression, with psychic disorders, but some psychologists choose to work for a money-hoarding company and make these stupid HR tests

It's not about clicking the correct arrow or correct lever. Most of the first 2 questions are designed for you to fail it and basically you try for 30 mins and then give up. Alot of people get annoyed and give up on the whole thing and that is where it tells you are not patient. The actual score and tests are not gonna tell them you cant click a button its designed to see how you respond......

I cannot find any scientific peer review of the Arctic Shore methods that shows they have any validity or reliability. How does their method reflect the true life behaviour of the candidates.

why companies do deal with this bullshit called Arctic Shores? Is it better way than just randomly skipping on half of resumes they recieve? Result is the same.

The sound quality is awful and I can barely understand you..
    .. Guess I'll fail
    P. S Probably best to stay away from silly companies using this and too lazy to do it the old fashioned way 😂

If she passed this assessment game with that motivation then it clearly shows this is a joke. Why would I want her to work for my company? No thanks

I have taken this test and many others and this is the most unaccurate one. I can clearly see my personality in test such us MIBT but this one it's complety flipped. It says I'm sociable and I am not, I like unsecure envoriments and I dont... This test could be a funny joke if it wasn't because it is a job assessment

    Ridiculous and foolish assessment method.

the game based assessment is so out of touch with the reality. what if the person taking the test is not into gaming, this does not mean the test will show the true reality about a person personality.

Pardon me but I could not get any tip or trick from this video. However, should be expected since how could be there any tip or trick if the test is developed to assess individual behaviours in certain situations, there should not be any tip otherwise all participant would act and respond in the same way making the test completely useless? Does it make sense? 🤔

Is there any way to practice the Skyrise test for Prison officer online

    • @gabrielsnotdead6912
      @gabrielsnotdead6912 3 ปีที่แล้ว

You dont need to practice. People get fixated on scores and it has NOTHING to do with the score. Some of the so called tests are designed to be failed it's about how long you try and knowing when to give up..... this is usually the first or second question what matters is you dont give up
