24:17 They also ported Cotton 2 alongside Boomerang and Guardian Force. The input lag, was said to be roughly 9-11 frames and the update that came out February of 2022, according to fans, reduced the amount back to what it was on the original Saturn versions (around 6-7 frames) so in other words, for those that don’t like input lag, it was never good to begin with. I say City Connection have been doing their due diligence with their version of the SSF Emulator (the Zebra Engine) ever since that fiasco and making sure it wouldn’t get that level of bad ever again

I am trying to 1cc deathsmiles 1 and so far its beating me down. LOL, i am by no means a shmup expert. My preferred character is the green dragon familiar girl. I know some of the tricks, i just think it is my memory failing with the enemy patterns across the stages. The more i play the more i get familiar with it. But man when them suicide bullets come in, it gets brutal if you dont have the enemy fly in patterns memorized by heart. May have to throw in the towel as I only have limited gaming time, although i will say that the soundtrack is very stellar which is why i am still stuck on it.

some great selections! I had been curious on steel empire and psyvariar (as there was the ship as a cameo in cotton rock'n roll) so at least had my eye on a couple of these! may also get batsugun s-tribute at some point... so many great shmups the switch has no shortage of them!

I'm curious how you store your games. I've heard you say you don't have a very big place, as a lot of people don't in Japan. So, how difficult is it to be a physical collector with limited space?

I used to have several shelves lining a wall, but I sold most of my physical games and got it down to a single shelf now in my living room

Graze Counter is a good game, but I hated it because the sound effects are absolutely GRATING to my ears.
