I have often been given later boarding times. I will arrive earlier and allowed to board earlier. They do not hold you to those times so you can make the lunch on time
I would have to agree with that. The only two times we booked concierge were for the location of the cabin. They were both for Alaska cruises and they were both aft cabins and they were classified as concierge. The rest of the benefits are really not that important to us.
We sailed with Celebrity for the first time in June and booked an aft Concierge Class cabin. It was about $200-$300 more than a standard balcony and since it was our first Celebrity cruise we figured, “why not?” We LOVED the experience and the aft location was amazing (did not realize at the time how lucky we were to score an aft cabin!) We subbed fruit for the daily canapés and our cabin steward generously seemed to find extra sparkling wine for us every now & then. In hindsight I agree with your opinion but we certainly enjoyed our first Celebrity experience! 😊
Thank you for this video! My hubby and I are traveling on Celebrity for the first time this year and we did choose the Concierge Class. This is info will be very helpful.
We did Celebrity Concierge two years ago. It had nice perks, however, we did not know about the lunch. Actually our embarkment was a cluster. The Concierge was nice but yes, it was always busy with long lines. We went with Aquaclass last year on the Beyond and we will also do Aquaclass this year on the Silouette. We found there are many more perks included that we would normally pay for. I do not think we would do Concierge again.
We sometimes book concierce class for a few reasons. The main reason is that the room is actually about 25 square feet bigger than a veranda room on all 4 Millennium class ships! The other classes of ships they aren't any bigger. The second less important reason is for the points. All the other perks are nice but just don't push our buttons as much. Therefore, like you, we have our rule for every 7 day length of a cruise we'll pay $200 per person more on the Millennium class of ships, and $100 per person more on all the other ships. Others of you may value all the other concierge class perks more than us because we have cruised a lot. If you haven't cruised much you will definitely value that dedicated concierge, they are generally very helpful! And the afternoon treats are great if you still aren't full from the other meals!
On a couple of cruises, we’d ask our steward to bring us prawns instead of the canapés. Also liked the better pillow choices. The concierge lunch is great, but I’d say bait and switch if they give you a boarding time that is too late. The sparkling wine is a great way to enjoy part of the sail away experience.
We always did concierge class but when we started to actually check the price difference we stopped. No one liked the appetizers they brought each day, and the bottle of wine went to waste as we had drink packages and don’t enjoy an entire bottle of their wine in a day. As we reached the next tier in CC points, we realized we will never be able to cruise enough to make the top tier, so the extra cruise points didn’t matter.
This will be my 1st time on Celebrity. I prefer Norwegian The Haven Great service and no problems with getting the concierge to do my bidding. The food is great the rooms are spectacular with large decks. We also get free water and 3 bottles of liquor what more could you ask for. On this cruise I'll see if it even compares to The Haven. Thanks for the tips
Hi guys, great job. We are going celebrity concierge May 25. This is our 1st time in concierge and only our 2nd cruise. Originally booked for veranda but here is the kicker, our cruise came down in price by about £600 and if we had cancelled and rebooked it was £300 deposit lost. So we upgraded to sunset concierge and the £600 covered the cost of the upgrade. We are both delighted with this. Hopefully this helps others. Thanks for the video guys.
We were concierge class on the Summit. Off season trip. For us it was a minimal amount to bump up to concierge. I also wanted a mid-ship room. We were created with a bottle of wine and snacks, invited to the helipad sail away, treats every afternoon. Would I do it again? Maybe if the price was right
Thank you very much for the helpful tips. My husband & I have sailed Celebrity many times but this year will be the first in the concierge class. Actually , our first time in a veranda room. A huge reason is the extra points. We feel it's time to finally move up and enjoy happy hour (after this cruise of course). Good to know about check in times, the possible difficulty getting to the embarkation lunch, canapes, and various activities such as the galley tour. Thank you. I look forward to more Celebrity tips.
We sailed twice in 2021 when ships were still running way below capacity. In both cases we had a family veranda for our family of four. On the first cruise, Millennium 7-day, we inquired about the vacant concierge cabin adjoining our room. They offered it for $500 which we accepted. The second cruise, Summit 6-day, we did the same thing and they offered the cabin for free! I guess that gives you an idea how much Celebrity values the category. Our two teen daughters enjoyed the cabin, and mom and dad enjoyed our room for two, but honestly the only upgrade we noticed was the afternoon canopies which the room steward delivered to us and not the kids! He got a nice bump to his tip for that!
I have done Concierge on 2 of my 8 sailings on Celebrity. Both were on smaller older ships. (Millennium 2015, and Summit 2017). Both were only slightly more expensive than a balcony. The Millennium, we didn't notice any difference except the location of the cabin was better. On the Summit, the Concierge was only for Concierge, not for Captains Club. His office was on the same deck, midship near the elevators/stairs. It was only one Concierge with limited hours, but the hours were posted and he was actually very helpful and available. No lines, and offered help for even minor issues. I have also found that, although I like to choose my own cabin, most Concierge rooms are in a good location (surrounded by other cabins). Sometimes a Concierge guarantee cabin is cheaper than any chosen balcony.
Watching this video and surprised with your comments about concierge busy to book on ship events and restaurants etc when Celebrity app allows you to book all that and online well before cruise day. You can actually start booking once you make your cruise reservation.
Hey guys, we just got back from our 3 back-to-back cruises and did concierge class. So happy to watch your video. I did not know about the luncheon until we got to our room on the first cruise- definitely not something that I remember reading. At least we knew for the subsequent cruises. We actually talked about if it was worth it. I like your valuation. It will help us decide in the future.
Very strange. I just got off a Concierge class cruise on Nov 17, 2023. We did have a bottle of sparkling wine, and the afternoon canapes delivered without requesting them. Maybe we just got an exceptional room steward?
We typically only book concierge if the price difference to a regular balcony is not too much more on that sailing. It’s a great way to basically buy extra loyalty points (2 extra per night), to get to the next tier more quickly.
I’m taking a silver seas cruise from Auckland New Zealand in January. I’m told that since they were put out by Royal Caribbean, the Butler service is a bit lacking, you have to request things they’re not automatically brought to you. So I’ve made a note from Gary Bainbridge blogger about all the services Butler will provide and I’m going to be sure to ask the Butler that I want these daily. Shoe shining service, unpacking service, packing service, & daily Canapés, etc.
Had 2 Concierge last year, location is the reason, lunch has been really good. Have been on early 11 am. Along with helapad invite. Canapés suck ! Bathrobe weighs more than i do ! Points are a bonus Not a needy person so have not used Concierge.
I listened because I wanted to hear your perspective of Concierge. We have never booked this category and have only been in AquaSpa, Our next cruise is the Mardi Gras on the Constellation in February and for the 1st time booked a veranda. Everything else was more than my pocketbook wanted to spend. We have 4 other cruises booked will with B2B on the Eclipse in Consierge ( as the price was right) for the first of the 2. Good thing is we are back in AquaSpa on the beyond in March 2025. Amazing pricing for the 1st of the B2B cruises. (We are Captains club Elite and like getting points too.) Thanks for your videos. They are helpful.
I'm wondering if a few things you mentioned are ship specific or even port specific. We have always been in Concierge class which was worth it in the past but found on our 3 cruises last year, not so much. In 2019, we sailed out of Vancouver and there was a dedicated Concierge Class check-in desk, seating area and when it was time to board, our Concierge group was escorted to the ship. Last year in Southampton, we checked in and boarded with everyone. In 2019, on the Eclipse, there was a Concierge desk on our deck and while only open at certain hours, there was never a line or a wait. In 2022, on both the Silhouette and Solstice, there was a Concierge office on Deck 5. We book our specialty dining and excursions ourselves but when invited to special events, they were very accommodating to make the reservation for us. When you're looking at room categories, I think that the 'perks' offered are explained on the website, or at least that's what I've found and it was only from reading various cruise boards that I knew to ask for the bubbly and canapes, if we wanted them. Our boarding times were around 10:30 - 11:00 a.m. so we did get to the embarkation lunch and on disembarkation, we did like the dedicated lounge with the Continental breakfast. As you said, if it's a minimal cost to upgrade to Concierge, then there are some advantages.
Great information! Does concierge class still include priority debarking on tender ports? You didn’t mention it so I’m wondering if it’s another perk that has been dropped.
When I first travelled on Celebrity, still my favourite and only line, afterwards I don't really see what it is? Better location, the pillows and so on...but I really never got what it could do above and beyond that. Thank you for this.
Having a specific price point per person to judge value is very helpful, I have never been on Celebrity I am curious about trying them one day but I would love to see more of that type of specific price point recommendation based off of the value received from other Cruise Lines you cruise with
I should add? I just disembarked from RCL Navigator of the Seas, the October 23 2023 sailing, chartered by Atlantis Events. Rich Campbell, owner, was aboard but not "present". The 'vibe' was different.....of course, 20 years ago I was 20 years younger, so? Anyway, "Miss Richfield 1981" is still a headliner. Russ is great. AND I ran into Shann Carr, she's a great comedian from Palm Springs. She has a website....
Thanks for the great info. Just boarded and this was helpful. You were right about the welcome lunch. Very tasty, but miniscule portions. I went to the Cafe after and got a salad.
You guys covered this topic well but I do have some notes. We just did a 10 day anda 11 day cruise in Feb and March. In both cases, like you guys, we could not get a boarding time that allowed us to attend the special lunch. We did get the sparkling water and the appetizers every day without requesting them. We also got bigger umbrellas than the standard rooms. One note on the concierge assistants, we had an issue with an excursion being canceled at the last minute for our follow up cruise. The assistant looked up my account and stated that all of my excursions had be cancelled and that he could not help me. We were pretty upset. Fortunately, we went to the standard guest services desk and they were able to determine that all of my excursions were still good. Pretty brutal..
We are going in December on the Equinox and we have Concierge Class Veranda Stateroom and we are very excited. Thanks for the insight. I will be making sure to be very advantageous.
We booked concierge class on our Edge cruise. But, we booked it because it was cheaper than the standard verandah. Guarantee concierge was cheaper than guarantee veranda .We didn’t have the best room. 12rh floor… but we didn’t ask for the canapés and the wine, and our room assisrant brought them anyway.. this was september 2023 in the Mediterrean
I am all about team points! We are currently trying to get some status by booking RC short cruises to get the equivalent status match to Celebrity. We sail out of L.A. and the Celeb. ships are harder to come by. Curious if you have done any of the Cross cruiseline sort of status match??
Well.....firstly, the only time I've cruised on Celebrity vessels is on charters with Atlantis Events. I'm sure you are aware. AND I always booked Concierge level. I was pleased.
I cannot make any headway on getting my partner of 39 years to have any interest. I know everyone says go alone bitch. Well, the problem is that he would let me go anywhere in the world (eyeing Japan but I would not want to go alone, but who?
We were on a cruise back in September on Equinox in a GTY Concierge Balcony. It was the last stateroom in the aft of the ship before the row of staterooms directly across the aft. It had a larger balcony and was a great room. We had only booked a GTY once before and just decided to book this on last minute. Our attendant came in and went through the list of things we could have while in a concierge room. He was fabulous!!! He volunteered the information concerning canapes, among many other things. We are Diamond Plus with RCCL and were disappointed that we didn't have the option of getting drinks whenever we wanted during the day with Celebrity, we had to wait until after 4. On the first day of the cruise, we were told that we couldn't get our drinks in the theater on the FIRST night . Our check-in time was 1PM, so we missed the lunch. There were other strange things that were just aggravating to the point that we felt being D+ with Royal got us nothing. We don't plan to cruise on Celebrity or take advantage of the Concierge Class again. At our ages, we'll just stick with Royal.
I loved your valuation formula. What to you feel the amount extra over veranda you would pay for aqua class? And is your two hundred pp for 7 nights or what about a transatlantic.
Thank you for this information. I am sailing in August for my 40th bitthday and chose Concierge. Hopefully things go smoothly. This si also my first time sailing Celebrity and i do like the 5 points a night. Will take all you said into consideration! Thanks guys!
Wow great information. Luckily for us I found a Concierge Veranda for less than the regular veranda cabin so of course I booked it. Sailing Nov 30th on Constellation. Woohoo!!!
You are absolutely correct. There was not a huge step up from the extra you pay. In fact, I saw no real benefit other that priority when tendering. Even the afternoon delicacies were nothing but sweaty cheese that had been left out for hours. Like you, prefer a few speciality restaurants.
Love Celebrity! We’ve done Concierge twice and Aqua once. Worth it….both of them. About to try a suite on our next one in the spring. Will probably be our last one for a while. 😢
Love your videos we are going on our first cruise with celebrity equinox 10 day Greek islands in sept 2024 and our upgrade would have been 1000 more for the 2 of us we did just a veranda.
Very helpful video! I decided to book a quick cruise on Summit in a few months and found that Prime Concierge was less than $100 more than a regular veranda. Since I'm now chasing points on Celebrity, why not upgrade? Better yet, I'm a solo cruiser so I get double points. A 4-day solo cruise in Concierge will earn 4 x 5 x 2 = 40 points. That's the same number of points I'll be earning on my spring 10-day cruise in an ocean view. Might be booking a few more of these short cruises soon...
We did concierge last year because we got a great deal on it. 1) we could never find the dedicated concierge until the end of the cruise when they called to basically ask for a good review. 2) the canapés were SO bad they were inedible. 3) the lunch was very good and we did like it4) the dedicated concierge disembark area was very nice.
We did concierge on the eclipse and never used it. Didn't know where we could find them, never got any perks because we didn't know we could ask for anything. We're doing concierge again on the millennium only because it was the last verandah available for Japan cruise next year. Oh well, we might try using them since we're paying a fortune for this cabin.
Booked for Icelandic Cruise July, 2025. We are currently booked in C1-Prime Concierge Class Veranda. I would like to know if this is the type cabin you are featuring in this video.
Thank you for all your videos, especially this one. I appreciate the thorough explanation. My hubby and I will be cruising for the first time on a cruise next year and will be cruising on the Celebrity Accent on the veranda concierge room. We will see…
After years, you are my first subscribe. Keep up the good work. Just booked a MSY cruise on the Connie in 2025 (concierge guarantee) for the same price as an entry level balcony. Think I made the right decision after seeing this video. Still not certain though.
We are sailing on the CELEBRITY ECLIPSE in February and will be doing the Concierge class on this cruise. Our travel agent got a good price for us on this cruise. Not sure at the time what it meant but I have been looking at it to see what we will be getting with it. I am ready to do the early check in as I would like to get started on this trip. So thanks for your insight and what to expect.
We are longtime Celebrity Cruisers, but haven't been much since the pandemic. We used to always book Concierge Class if there was a lot of tendering because priority tendering was a perk. Is priority tendering still a perk for Concierge Class?
Thanks for explaining Concierge class. We have been aboard in this class and we’re too late for lunch then never experienced any benefits until the debarkation lounge at end of cruise. Veranda will definitely be our future choice unless price difference is negligible. We did Aqua Class once and that was a special cruise.
Thank you for your very informative video. I just booked concierge class on a guarantee cabin. I only paid $90 more. I was told by my TA that more than likely I would get a more desirable cabin location (hopefully not obstructed). Do you agree?
We have done a few times, only when it was a very small difference in price, and we liked the location. Love love the pillow selection, don't like the afternoon snacks, we get easily on board now. We booked 12 noon, my friends booked 1230. No one turned them away when they came with us at noon. Lunch stopped right after COVID, then they offered on a sea day, not boarding day, so really, we could care less about the lunch even now that they are offering on embarkation. Oh yes, and we struggled to use our sparking wine (2 for the 2 cabins) as we have the premium drinks package. We used to love the extra menu for breakfast room service, but now that you have to pay for room service, we don't care about that perk anymore. You are so right, concierge team of no use to us, especially on the older ships, nothing to book. Not worth the extra money. I am Elite now, so even the points don't tempt me.
My last Celebrity Cruise, the breakfast menu room service was completely free each morning. The fees were only listed if we used room service anytime other than breakfast. This was August 2023. Is this no longer the case?
Just booked my 1st Celebrity cruise for the Apex 12/21/24. I'm not sure on what to expect after only sailing on CCL for all 12 cruises. I was unsure on paying the extra $508 to book concierge. I'm definitely reaching out to you about taking over the booking to see if there are any other perks (obc) that I could take advantage of and to answer some questions on cabin location. I'm looking forward to experiencing the luxurious Celebrity way of cruising.
Well as it will be my first time ever cruising. Watching your clip. And I was thinking and adamant wanting to purchase celebrity Concierge. For getting assistance and advice to book many venues on the ship. I feel it’s not worth it for me I’m not a points chaser. I’ll do a track run and audit on last month sales and try and save a few bucks in my pocket.
I just bid on Concierge for my upcoming cruise in January. Your timing with this information could not be better. 🤣 I will probably have to wait until the cruise itself to find out if I won the bid. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
@@JJCruise This didn't help. I am not inquiring about the cabin. This video only covers the cabin. Plus, we are sailing on the Edge so the cabins are completely different.
Thank you for the information. We are considering the Celebrity Apex and was looking at the Concierge class but, also heard about the retreat cabins. Do you have any insight on which of the two would be better?
Would you say this class of room is similar to a jr suite on Royal's Oasis and Quantum class ships? It sounds like it in that it comes with some perks but is overall an entry level "suite". Also, when paired with their Elite status, how does the service/experience fare?
No, this is definitely not a suite. The service is standard minus the additional dedicated concierge team available to help you when you need assistance. The Concierge Team is more basic assistance, not butler service. More like a Diamond Plus member getting service from the concierge in the Crown Lounge (Diamond lounge) on Royal. Sky suites would be equivalent to Junior suites on Royal in our opinion. AquaClass would be similar as well
Booked for concierge and got late checkin. The most important thing to us was the embarkation lunch. We were told to just show up early to board. Will this work or will we just be forced to sit in port waiting for our boarding time?
We were just on the Celebrity Reflection with Concierge status. Everything I wanted I received immediately! Including 3 specialty pillows, a snack every day around 4 pm; a mattress update; free laundry, a wheelchair that day, etc. And we get 4 points per night...
Have been in concierge 3 times over the past decade. Never thought much of it. The morsels in the afternoon were good but never paid much extra for it. Just booked a Mardi Gras cruise where the TA had a special offer for a concierge guarantee same as a V3 balcony. I took it. We’ll see.
We did Concierge Class on the Edge in January 2020, and the small price increase was well worth it. Yeah, you may have to chase a little bit and you might not get everything but when you add up all the little things you do get makes it worthwhile. Also, I agree with you about the points bonus. If this one bonus cruise gets you to the next level that offers a bunch of added amenities like specialty dining, misc. discounts, priority on/off, etc. it is worth spending a little more now since you will reap those higher-level benefits a lot sooner. So in your case, you spent $400 more now but what will you be getting in higher level benefits on your next cruise? And if the bonus system is gone, how many more cruises will you now need to take to get there? Sounds like you guys made a good choice.
We just did a concierge on the Millennium. We did not need to ask for any amenities. We canceled the canapés. We were rarely on board when they are served. But definitely not worth the extra cost over the veranda especially when you are elite.
I don't think it's worth the price increase for the same cabin level. We stayed in concierge class on Celebrity Ascent, the treats left nightly in the room wasn't for two people. The luncheon was great, outside of that I was not impressed with it at all the points (?) is it worth the upgrade to me your buying the additional points! We love the infinite veranda cabins more room depending room layout configuration you choose
This is our 2nd time using this video as a reference. Excellent video guys!
Thanks guys! This means so much! ❤️
I have often been given later boarding times. I will arrive earlier and allowed to board earlier. They do not hold you to those times so you can make the lunch on time
One of the benefits you didn’t mention is that concierge class cabins are better located
I would have to agree with that. The only two times we booked concierge were for the location of the cabin. They were both for Alaska cruises and they were both aft cabins and they were classified as concierge. The rest of the benefits are really not that important to us.
Not really. Some are under Oceanview.

Exact same here.
This is the most comprehensive and detailed explanation of concierge class. You are going to make my family's vacation so much better! Thank you!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Enjoy your cruise! 🥳

@fogtownrog so are you meaning like a shrimp cocktail? Going in Nov. Help me out! 🥰
It was awesome to bump into you on this cruise! Exciting..... You guys are the best.....
It was great meeting you!

@JJ Cruise Hello, what is the difference between spa concierge and Veranda concierge

Having also cruised in Aqua class, we think Concierge is better value for money over Aqua.

Having a specific price point per person to judge value is very helpful, I have never been on Celebrity I am curious about trying them one day but I would love to see more of that type of specific price point recommendation based off of the value received from other Cruise Lines you cruise with
we have been upgraded for free to concierge , looking forward to it
I should add?
I’m doing Concierge on Ascent in Feb. It was $200 less than a regular balcony so I went for it.
As you, I do it for the points, and if it's within $100 to $200 from a regular balcony.
We are going in December on the Equinox and we have Concierge Class Veranda Stateroom and we are very excited. Thanks for the insight. I will be making sure to be very advantageous.
What's your advice on dinner? We got a really late reservation. Is Anytime dining better? What are the implications? Thank you!
...also so many butch about deck 12 sunset veranda and cabins in the Ascent and edge class. What's your take.
About to experience CC, so I’ll get back to you. Thanks for the tips!
Same! Enjoy your sailing!
I am so happy to find this video. I have a very long list of my complaints from concierge class. Where can I post?
Great specific advice!
Is the ship tour included with Conceierge? I didn’t see that listed as one of the perks.
I love Aqua Class!
Wow great information. Luckily for us I found a Concierge Veranda for less than the regular veranda cabin so of course I booked it. Sailing Nov 30th on Constellation. Woohoo!!!
For me, the amenities don't make the cost worthwhile. I'd rather spend the extra money on specialty dining.
You are absolutely correct. There was not a huge step up from the extra you pay. In fact, I saw no real benefit other that priority when tendering. Even the afternoon delicacies were nothing but sweaty cheese that had been left out for hours. Like you, prefer a few speciality restaurants.
Thanks for this info because I have been on consierge and did not know about the lunch nor the what’s included
Do you get the extra points for land tour days in Alaska when booking concierge class
I will definitely have to weigh the cost vs. benefits next time I book.
Love the ending song! #pitchperfect
Love Celebrity! We’ve done Concierge twice and Aqua once. Worth it….both of them. About to try a suite on our next one in the spring. Will probably be our last one for a while. 😢
What are the points used for?
Love your videos we are going on our first cruise with celebrity equinox 10 day Greek islands in sept 2024 and our upgrade would have been 1000 more for the 2 of us we did just a veranda.
Thanks for watching and sharing your potential upgrade costs! Enjoy Equinox!
I wish Carnival would follow suit, with the other cruise lines, and give additional VIFP points when you stay in their top tier suites!
The sail away parties for concierge level are the best!
True! The ones on the helipads are great! 🥳
We always bring a box of candy for the concierge desk, and thus always get invited to all the sale away parties! A little kindness goes a long way.
Hi Guys Great Video ,We are on Apex first time on her and first time in concierge in this September 27th 2024 thanks for the tips
Hi boys ❤ are the galley tour free for concierge guests? Or do you just get to book through them for a tour that anyone can do?
I was wondering the same thing. I booked the 160 tour! Hmmm
Thank you for all your videos, especially this one. I appreciate the thorough explanation. My hubby and I will be cruising for the first time on a cruise next year and will be cruising on the Celebrity Accent on the veranda concierge room. We will see…
Booked Concierge on Apex next year. Only because it was cheaper than a veranda. Figure that out. It was actually £3 more than an ocean view.
After years, you are my first subscribe. Keep up the good work. Just booked a MSY cruise on the Connie in 2025 (concierge guarantee) for the same price as an entry level balcony. Think I made the right decision after seeing this video. Still not certain though.
Thanks for subscribing! We really appreciate it.
Look forward to hearing how your concierge guarantee goes in 2025! 🥳
Outstanding insights. Thank you!
How much did it cost you to do the kitchen tour?
We are sailing on the CELEBRITY ECLIPSE in February and will be doing the Concierge class on this cruise. Our travel agent got a good price for us on this cruise. Not sure at the time what it meant but I have been looking at it to see what we will be getting with it. I am ready to do the early check in as I would like to get started on this trip. So thanks for your insight and what to expect.
So I can change the free delivered food if I want?
@@QueenIsisSunshine Continental breakfast is free. Anything else, you pay room service no matter if you are in Conceirge or not.
I've done Concierge class twiceembarkation lunch menu does not change?
I just bid on Concierge for my upcoming cruise in January. Your timing with this information could not be better. 🤣
I will probably have to wait until the cruise itself to find out if I won the bid.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
What about moving up from Concierge to Aqua Class? Do you have a video about Aqua Class?
Here you go! The GOOD and BAD of AQUACLASS (Celebrity Silhouette AquaClass Stateroom Review)
th-cam.com/video/l7gv6CrianY/w-d-xo.html
@@JJCruise This didn't help. I am not inquiring about the cabin. This video only covers the cabin. Plus, we are sailing on the Edge so the cabins are completely different.
Thank you for the information. We are considering the Celebrity Apex and was looking at the Concierge class but, also heard about the retreat cabins. Do you have any insight on which of the two would be better?
Retreat is definitely better! 😉
I was looking forward to concierge in March on the silhouette 😒
This is so helpful Thankyou
do you get the sparkling wine each day or only the first day?thinking mimosas in the morning😁
I’m think it’s only Day 1
For me I love the fact they clean our room twice a day
We were just on the Celebrity Reflection with Concierge status.
I took it. We’ll see.
If your mattress is too hard, they can add a topper to make it softer.
You get free laundry?
Free laundry??
@@hotguy1269 yes, I believe we received this because of our Diamond Plus status.
Great informational video on this topic my friends! xoxo
Thanks Susie! Hoping it helps save any frustrations for future cruisers 🥳
Great video- Tx
Just booked a concierge class cabin on a 2025 sailing! It ended up being $25pp LESS than the regular Veranda cabin. Was practically a no brainer!
That’s a great deal!
The best part, the pillow selection. We just booked Concierge because it was actually cheaper than booking a balcony. Go figure.
We love it when that happens!
