Actually nvm, she specified under another comment that she is using Agar Agar, a substance extracted from a type of algea. It should be readily available in any Asian market near your house. Agar agar is also characteristically firmer than gelatin as well

agar agar是琼脂,口感和石花粉应该不大一样,我觉得比较像是果冻粉吧。。。
