I can assure you that the graphics have improved, unfortunately you can't see it well on TH-cam. Regarding the difficulty, I guarantee you that Expeditions is not easy at all, unlike Snowrunner you have to study the routes well and the alternatives can be different. I recommend you try it, you won't regret it!
i mean i do like snow runner more, but expeditions also is cool for just being mostly pure off road and having to find your own route everywhere, though at the other hand that makes driving the bigger trucks pretty painful, i had the most fun just climbing rocks with the scout class vehicles
there isnt tire pressure if you look well the tires just go under terrain nothing more , in snow runner there is a great mod that is real take out tires pressure but in expedition isnt bad think
To me, snowrunner was the perfect game. Expeditions just feels too gamified, distanced and disconnected... Snowrunner made me feel like a skilled outback trucker that slowly but suerly made life better for the people in that map, expeditions feels like its made for 9 year olds. In snowrunner you also had to plan your own routes and take your time, expeditions makes it too obvious what route to take and the missions don't make sense... "Find the flightrecorder" "Put up wildlife cameras" and then on to the next meaningless task.... After completing missions in snowrunner you made a bridge that made travel easier or you made a depot that could supply you with mission items, that gives a sense of acomplishment. I feel myself rushing through the expeditions missions because I really don't care what the objective is and in my opinion that is the devs fault. Thanx for coming to my ted-talk.
They shouldve made the game more realistic and simulator oriented but instead they made it more arcady and unrealistic, its still blows my mind that they never added an actual manual gearbox option in snowrunner, these devs are straight up incompetent
I haven't played Expeditions yet but I feel like while I'm gonna like it, it won't be as entertaining and fun as Snowrunner. I like to scout and exolore with the plethora of small scouts we have in Snowrunner when I jump into a new region to unlock watchtowers and pick up upgrades. After that, the actual game begins when I have to start planning my logistics and deliver cargo
Id preferred they have rework snow runner, was a great concept just poorly executed, i love delivering stuff, not so much the exploring, i hope one day they will add all the new features to snow runner

Expeditions looks like alot of fun too but it is new and Snow Runner has a lot of DLC's Season 1-4

Snowrunner is all about driving down the same few roads a hundred times, as bad as those roads may be. Expeditions is about truly cutting your own path across untouched wild land. Id argue the games are too different to compare. If you want to heavy haul truck, get snowrunner, if you want to explore and scout, get expeditions.

looks like more boring and empty world compared to snowrunner it doesn't help with the game focused on exploration while there is nothing interesting to see, snowrunner environment is beautiful and there is also many building and man made road
theres barely any difference, i see the headlights of the cars still dnt caste any shadows, it just looks the same tbh, i was expecting better graphics, better physics and etc

Physics in Mudrunner is still better than all of this... from Snowrunner you cant feel the weight of the trucks and suspensions are so bouncy that looks like toys lol

I was excited to new game, but I found out it's just a reskin with a few new mechanics. The vehicle physics hasn't improved at all and I already know that they will bring so much dlc to milk the players just like in snowrunner.. So I'd rather wait for the sequel of snowrunner and hope that they bring something really new, and not just stuff that could have been a part of snowrunner game for a long time ago..
You're a fool. They don't release seasons to milk anything, but to give new content for the players. And the physics engine, the more the perfect it, the lesser you'll see the differences as it is fine touches.

Stop spreading lies. Vehicle physics definitely improved. Unlike the janky slip and slide of Snowrunner, ALL materials in Expeditions have traction levels. Meaning rocks aren't ice. The new mechanics are great and honestly Expeditions is hooking me more than Snowrunner ever did. It was so boring just dragging trailers around to deliver resources every day in and out. That game didn't even try to make things interesting or have any real variety.

конечно, все что там новое это можно ставить топливные канистры на машину(не все сразу а по одной) карта пустыни, здувающиеся шины и все. Машин штук 10 , ручной коробки все есче нет......дибилы. Надо было делать такую что можно выходить из машины и делать лабуду всякую вокруг на машине и все такого типа

The only thing I don't like about expeditions better at this point is the layout being backwards but im sure ad I play more it will get better....it makes sense I just keep opening the repair/refuel opinions every time I try to change gears..also rather enjoy the drone/binocular form of opening the map and how it will leave anything out of you view covered like the backside of a mountain always threw me off how a tower half way up a mountain managed to clear the map for your mountain and the surrounding mountains as well...so far loving the game just hope content roll out doesn't follow snowrunners time line.
Expeditions felt like a demo for whatever the next major title is going to be eventually. There are things I'd like to see moving forward, basically just finding that balanced between Snowrunner, Mudrunner, and Spin Tires.
snowrunner has better everything expeditions is a major downgrade ill stick with snowrunner and the year 4 pass thanks ...pissed i wasted my money on expeditions even running on ultra settings it looks trash ...100 percent made for the masses of new players ......buy snowrunners instead its a way more detailed world with far better physics and sound and 70 percent of my playthrough has been in scout vehicles exploring

Reading the comments of some persons is a joke. We have a companion of Snowrunner here, and priced less than other games, and people trying to talk themselves out from getting it. Saber desrves the sales, theyre not like activision. People, just shut up and be greatful. No game releases finished today either... they will continue polishing.
Can't really say be grateful if you paying for a product, add in that some things are unchanged like the audio and the endless dlc it will have makes me want to wait.

Is it just me or is the ground terrain not that much in expeditions? Snowrunner you can get stuck easier and expeditions seems to glide across.

That’s actually incorrect. The physikcs and models where improved and changed, weight and other things are also now much more realistic and heavy
the roads and trials in snowrunner make so much more sense then having absolutely none in expeditions there would be at least a few roads and trails
There are trails and obvious paths to take you just have to really look for them.

the mechanics are mostly all improved from snowrunner, but the game itself just kinda sucks
I bought both ...Snowrunner is feels 10x better. Expeditions...is just weird.
After beating Expeditions, i still prefer Snowrunner and its heavy trucks and heavy hauling (with ROv2 mod).
