    Hey Mike, based on your videos along with the ViparSpectra I also picked up this Mars Hydro tent and indeed they are a great match. I ordered from your links so I hope you get some kickback. Also on the door issue at 3:46 - I found a decent solution is to use a medium sized paper binder clip. Clip the door strap to the tent's top green edge piping when you want to hold the door open. Easy and quick without any mods or hurting the tent. I even do the same to close the door sometimes if I know I'm going to be in/out the tent several times in a short timeframe. Cheers!

I watched all your videos regarding the journey of your injury. I am in the same boat currently almost 3 weeks post OP and starting therapy. Also i try to stretch it up towards the splint but its extremely tight and even applying a little force isnt getting it too far back....please any advice or tips or even words of encouragement. this really sucks..

    Hi Mike!, I’m from the south of Chile. I’m having problems to understand when to prune and propagate, because I am in other hemisphere. My request... For example: Can you mention if you are in the first or second month of spring in the start of you videos?
    It’s maybe sounds crazy, but it will help me a LOT!.... thanks!!!!!
    I Wish you the best of success in your life men 👍 keep the good work! 💪

    • @MikeKincaid79
      @MikeKincaid79  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I usually put the dates in the videos so you have a reference. I will continue to try to relate the different times of year for people in different parts of the world. If you live in the Southern hemisphere then you just need to move my dates by 6 months. It gets difficult to predict the perfect timing for every location because of the different climate patterns around the world. For example, while I may be able to start taking softwood cuttings in May, a much colder climate in the same hemisphere may have to wait an extra month or 2.

    • @MikeKincaid79

      Similar footprint. The reason for the price is that the company used much more quality components in the XS series. They used Meanwell drivers and Samsung diodes.

    • @MikeKincaid79
      @MikeKincaid79  ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on what you're growing but for all the plants I've grown in my tents, it's more than enough light. I'm actually finding that I need to turn the lights down and get them further from the plants. I'll bet your light would grow houseplants, figs, peppers, and other similar plants in a 4x4 if you raised it way up to the top and cranked the light on all the way.

    So obviously 1580 PAR is to much, however what is ideal for a growing plant. Obviously as plant grows it gets closer to light so have to keep raising light. Keeping the low setting saves on electricity. Options options options. LOL

      @MikeKincaid79  3 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @MikeKincaid79
      @MikeKincaid79  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I love the XS2000 in this tent. I'm sure the 1500 would do what you want but I love the extra watts for all the power I need in case I decide to fruit figs or oranges in here. As you know, fruiting plants requires more power. And with the dimming capabilities, you can adjust down if needed. That cost isn't that much more. That's my take on it anyway. If you want to talk more in depth or need PAR measurements, I can do that for you. Just hit me up on my Facebook page, Kincaid's Nursery. Here's a link: facebook.com/kincaidsnursery
