Before I begin as I say in every video I make about glitches, botting, etc in no way shape or form is this video condoning the use of glitches. None of these glitches work anymore and this is purely for entertainment purposes. Absuing glitches is bannable so just don't do it.

I was doing the quest where you have to kill the demon outside of Varroc and i ended up dying in there and lost all my gear and stuff. Was slightly tilted.

I recall seeing a post about the DMM Ref Outfit by one of the mods. I think they said one of the artists was working on a referee outfit as a side project, but it was never finished and accidentally slipped into the GE.

Used to play with Quint when he had an rsps and he showed me his channel with that #1 video. Guy was actually super nice, just knew how to find glitches and exploit them, that was the only “evil” thing about him

I stumbled upon a bug in Hallowed Sepulchre that effectively made you immune to all of the traps.
The hallowed ring makes you take no damage from the traps, before teleporting you to the start of the obstacle.
Normally if you were to die to an obstacle, you would obviously get "teleported" to your respawn instead, and apparently the game checked for this before reducing the ring reduced damage to 0. This meant that if you were to fail an obstacle while wearing the ring, but your HP was so low that the damage *would* have killed you, then the ring would simply reduce the damage to 0, but not teleport you back to the start of the obstacle (because the game thought you had died).
Effectively you could just run through all of the obstacles without stopping, just by having the ring and 1HP. I didn't have high enough agility to do floor 5 at the time, but if I had I would have been able to speed farm it for rings of endurance, and I'm pretty sure some people were doing this. Instead, all I managed to do was get some record times on the earlier levels while testing if I could reproduce the bug to report it.
Even after it was patched, the lap times were never reset, so anyone who experienced this bug could have some record times that would be unachievable without the bug. I honestly expected the lap times to be reset, but I guess they didn't want to risk legitimate records getting thrown out along side the bugged ones.

Why didn't you cover the lms bug where if all players went upstairs everybody would have won the 2.5m price since the game thinks there are no other players left because of only counting ppl on ground floor. - It was never abused but would have been super damageing.
There is also the one in the rats pit where both players won, but that was only a bit over 1m/h but some botters took advantage.

You should talk about the glitch that is why you're still not at 100k+ subs with tens of thousands of views per video, because your videos are actually pretty informative, and you've listed several things that even I as a 13 year veteran didn't even know existed

My question about the Vorkath glitch. Why would you not heal up after Pking? That's what doesnt make sense to me.
exactly. It's not even a new "glitch". Of course you always lose your items to whoever did the most damage, so if you went pking and didnt heal up then went into an instance and had a death which counted as a "player kill", then your items are fucked. Idk how this happened by accident to anyone at all

It's not just that, imagine you was in a full fight, you ate food, he did more damage, in total the pker did 200 damage to you after you had eaten a few food etc. Then you go to vorkath and he does 99 damage. The pker did more total damage to you so he gets the kill :P

He explained it wrong, Jakey said if you take a full invent of sharks from the PKER he would of done like 400+ damage so if you went to vorkath then die within 150 damage you'll lose it

there used to be a glitch that would trigger random events. i dont remember the details that well but i think you would bury bones then wait a certain amount of time then bury some more

it was in the strong hold of security when u killed the bug things u would take the bones bury them in a special spot then in about a minute or less the random would appear
I'm not even sure if it was a glitch or if the game had some way of noticing that the player performed a noncombat action randomly. I recall doing it all the time as well, but it almost seemed like a mechanic.

Did you ever hear of the vengeance house lure? Lost 3 phats and around 400m in 2006 due to it and was genuinely soul destroying to my game experience.
When in a players house, if you were fighting in the dungeon and you hit the POH owner when they've cast vengeance and you die from it (you're careless as its only a POH), but they eject you at the same time. You then would die outside and drop all items. Not seen any record of this bug anywhere else on the net. Jagex you owe me 3 phats, thanks.

I remember a glitch with the old Party Hat's that people seemed to obsess over. If you had one on entering a boss fight, dropped it, logged back in, picked it up, and then checked your inventory you would have seen this: You would have a party hat in your inventory as well as one that you are wearing. Logging out during the boss fight somehow saved the items you kept on your person before you entered, and then the other part of the game wanted to see the dropped hat during the fight. This would then duplicate them when you logged back in, and in turn caused many players to get banned. I for one was a banned player, however, I have since been unbanned (dunno why or how, but i was forced to pay $150 to gain access back to my account due to an outstanding balance, probably due to the duplicating)

The glitch existed since potentially the beginning of OSRS, it just didn't get much attention until people were dying to Vorkath super frequently.

The glitch worked kind of like how splashing used to work. Your character would be able to attack the portal for as long as you wanted without being logged out.
