If this boss is serious about getting his call centre to the top of its game, he'll need to invest serious money in IT infrastructure. Servers, switches, desktops, networks, cabling, telephones etc. The programme doesn't say if any of that happened, so for all I know it was all just talk.

All in the hopes they get their big break but the truth is, it's few and far between in the real world. Otherwise, everyone would be successful at it. In the USA it seems to be completely normal for someone to work multiple jobs to survive or even be homeless. No health insurance, no social welfare, nothing. The CEOs have long since lost touch with reality. Most CEOs wouldn't last a week in the jobs they expect of their employees. What a poor country.
