Hey there I was just at the one before Melvin Shoals and I think deer shoals is before it. There's a power line easement right before it. It's just called the Crack Spring orrrr we call it Fairy spring. The guages in Lee should be about 32-34ft for the smaller ones like that and pot to be clear.

Nice video. Very good to know that Florida has two rivers with the same name?? We live close to the southern Withlacoochee. That looked like a very fun paddle. How cool is that there are caves along the rivers edge! Would have never thought you could see that in Florida. Gators don't favor those cold spring fed rivers but you just never know.

So glad we finally got to hang out with you guys. I’ve been on this river a few times and this was the first 6 plus hour trip I’ve done. The laughs and almost spills made it go by so fast. You guys rock and can’t wait for another adventure with you.

Thank you! You mean Martz Sink (for land one?) or the one we sort of climbed to? I didn’t pin them, but I can sort of explain. Just want to make sure I know which one you are asking about.
Thanks so much for your reply! All of them! Haha I actually bought a piece of property on the river near where all launched from so any and all information or locations would be appreciated! I have done Blue Springs, Pots Springs and the boat ramp that y'all had lunch at but otherwise the rest is all new to me and I'd love those locations. Thanks so much!
Hi Tim! Yes the Withlacoochee is a great spot. So lucky you get to spend more time there! Martz Sink is on the Madison Blue property. You have to walk a little past the parking lot to the right. There's a path that will take you down to the sink. I can't remember if there was any signage, but it should be easy enough to find. Follow the scuba divers! As far as the springs along the river itself... I didn't drop any pins or grab the exact coordinates. But if you see limestone/ cliff-type walls to the side, stop there. Some are big and some are small, but as you get close, listen for flowing or trickling water. Of course they will be more obvious when the river levels are low. The "larger" hidden springs, had like a canal entrance with rocks lining the sides. So keep your eyes peeled! It's an adventure! Let me know what you find!
