The spring is nice but avoid the camping! Couple reasons. First is it looks like a big open parking lot like Walmart and the neighbors are 10 ft away a few on each side. Staff is incredibly rude cuz I think they're paid minimum wage by a third party management company. The hate being there and they hate the campers. Yeah the spring is very nice The rest of the place is just terrible. Avoided at all costs!

The bike trail runs threw there 80 mile long all the way to the cape canaveral awesome trailing ride it at least 3 times a week

Gotta wait for the hand to heal up though :D If you are in the east NC area I know a lot of people hit up San Lee, but I really enjoy Brown's Creek. Highly recommended to park in the field loop parking lot...It is a park full of Blue single track stuff. Love it.

This place is a true oasis. I just imagine the first human who stumbled upon this crystal clear, cold spring in the middle of the harsh scrub pine forest. Super cool. I'm not too far from trout creek in St johns county and there's just so many cool spots to check out along the river. It's legitimately endless. The waterways are one of the few spots to truly break away from the craziness

I love this area so much. I worked at silver springs for the Forest baseball team community service hours a bunch and always loved to swim and rope swing on this river. We stayed not too far from Rays so never saw gators at our rope swing spot. Its just a step outta this world and into a different dimension.

Park at the boat launch and swim or kayak to the springs. That's what I do and it works out great!

In the 70's I was stationed at the Naval Bombing and electronic warfare range..In the Ocala National forest ..As a certified scuba diver , I was able to dive, Alexander,(many many times, being like 6 miles down the road) Silver Glen springs, Salt springs, Deleon Springs, Blue Springs..then the Cave Dive certification, Ginnie springs, Blue Grotto, Peacock slew etc etc etc

I purchased a Outdoor Master pump after watching this video. I tested it on my SUPs at home no problem. I didn't use it for several months to actually pump up my SUPs at Silver Spring. Long story short I fails to pump in compression mode. I haven't been able locate the invoice papers when I received it. I'm sure I didn't purchase it on Amazon. Outdoor Masters show no record of me purchasing it from them directly . I believe i ordered it using your code. Do you or anyone else have a idea where else I used to get the pump. Outdoor Masters refuses to help me without a order number. Thanks in advance.

Amazing video. Sometimes it's hard for me as an experienced riverboarder to be able to tell someone what it will be like for their first time; but getting to see it through your eyes and words was a very crystal clear picture of your first time riverboarding.

I wish juniper and Alexander springs in Ocala forest had campsites with electricity I sleep on my suv with a screened pop up tent just outside but i like to have my portable ac to sleep and i need to plug it in 😢
