Just came across this excellent video. Very well explained and filmed. I only have one question. What happened to the sensor removed from the crash bar?

With FMINT27 in place, the temperature sensor pushes in and slides into
the keyhole slot in the intercooler shroud.

Has there been any heat soak tests on the induction vs standard inbox? This is a hot topic with the VAG 1.8T S3 community.

Thinking of getting my i30n performance stage 2 and some hardware installed into the car. How much extra BHP did you get after everything done in this video?
We would say to expect around 360HP from your vehicle after an install like this, but the vehicle wasn't dyno'd with us so we don't have specific numbers!
I wish you had done a before and after sound comparison for the intake lads!
If we get another one in the workshop for a fitment, we will try and capture this :)

Can I fit this intercooler to elantra n?
We are working on an Intercooler for the Elantra N now :)
How much does this cost to do for a gen2? Rough ballpark is fine.
For all of the physical product we fitted to this vehicle: Intercooler, boost pipes, induction kit, turbo inlet adapter, coolant hoses, and engine cover it would be around £1600.
That doesn't include the fitting but the best way to help with that would be to contact us directly to see when we can book you in and go from there :)

great video and mod. My I ask what the cost is for this set up to be fitted by Forge and the price of the kit if purchased for self fitment. Thanks guys the quality of install looks amazing and the I30 seemed to be so much smoother in its power delivery.
