    Online you can’t find so many mobility routines, instead they are static stretching for the neck. I slept with a new pillow and this routine has really helped my neck stiffness!! Now i’m going to do the second round since I really liked that mobility

    Thank you! I literally don't know how to perform the last movement though. The other 4 do make me feel how stiff/immobile my neck is.
    I also have some major trap and midback issues, could these be linked? (E.g. I don't have the worst forward head posture, but my traps are all knotted up)

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, your tight traps are likely related...the last movement is hard...but even if you are "visualizing" the movement without feeling it, it will still be helpful and loosen over time...as for your traps, watch this: th-cam.com/video/cm-n87muPms/w-d-xo.html AND th-cam.com/video/MVPDkOGqNBI/w-d-xo.html. Now I only have 10 degrees head tilt back when it shpuld be 20 degrees or more. After the surgery a lump appeared at the back of my neck that blocks my movement.
