    You are a good man. Thank you sir. I’m 51 years old 6’6” and have been a tree trimmer for almost 32 years. I have had a lot of spine issues, including a c1 fracture. Pain is part of my everyday life. I started using your advice approximately a month ago and I can already tell a difference. Simple, but very effective. I feel like I owe you money. Thank you 🙏

    Thanks Dr. for your video. Before working on the neck the best is to work on the shoulders by moving the hands in variety of directions, in particular hand circling clock wise &counterclockwise are very helpful on any neck issues. Those with severe neck pain should wok on their shoulders for a while before neck.

      Can you make another video explaining everything on more detail because I am blind? If I have to lay down or if I need to sit down and or if I need to stand. What happened to me was that earlier I was laying down on the couch for like around 40 minutes on the regular square pillow and I started getting slightly pain on the right top side of my neck near the ear side. But there was no sound at that moment. Then I lay down on my bed to rest for a little bit and started getting those cracking sounds. And I started getting worry. That something bad is going to happen. The little pain that I was getting on my neck. I had it in the past but it always goes away after like 20 minutes. But when I lay down on the bed and hear cracking sounds . it’s something new to me. I want to make sure that I can troubleshoot it if it’s not dangerous and if it’s dangerous then I want to go to the doctor. . Please can you help me? If there’s a way I can contact you. So I can explain better

I can't afford going to the chiropractor as they always want to sign me up for a treatment program similar to a timeshare presentation which I can't afford so I just live with it and eventually it goes away with movement. I will follow your routines and hope it helps.

    Are you kidding me??? I’ve been trying to stretch my neck for about three weeks now. It’s been so stiff and painful and something in my neck and upper back has been so tight that it’s making other joints in my body crack too. Had to go to urgent care for anti inflammatory and muscle relaxers. A week later and still cracking! I just did this, and for some reason this specific sequence of exercises has seemed to help just on one go. What are you, some kind of magician? We shall see if it continues to help on repeat attempts.

    Hi Dr. Jon, I've started these exercises, going slowly as per your video. You mentioned over a period of weeks to notice improvements. How long before improvements are noticeable? 3 weeks? 6 weeks? And is it realistic that the grinding / popping can be eliminated? Thx for your advice.

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Usually a minimum of 6 weeks...if you have degenerative disc disease and/or a neck aligment issue you will likely need some professional help from a chiro who will be able to help reduce the sounds as much as possible...best of luck.

    Thank you Doc for this very informative video about neck concern. I have a neck problem like clicking popping, grinding when I move it to the left and it's sounds weird, it's started when my anxiety attacks and it's like due to stress, over stretching my neck also. I'm dealing this clicking for almost 2 months. I went to PT I had 3 sessions but no improvement Doc. Hope you will notice my concern. Thank you so much Doc. God Bless.

    Hello, Dr. JON, when I feel the grinding in my neck, it hurts, and after some minutes I become so pale and unable to move due to the intensity of pain. I am debilitating to the point I am almost pass out but still can hear the people around me. When I try to open my eyes, it is pitch black with people becomes shadow. For the send attempt, it slowly comes back to normal. It totally scares me Doc Jon!

      Hopefully you got your neck checked out everything you're saying on your comments I've been through. Finally I found someone who has similar stuff as I do. They found four pinched nerves in my neck and the top area c3 and 4 was the worst of moderate nerve pinching. And yes all that stuff you're saying I was going through bad last year this year not so bad but it's still kind of bad. I'm hoping by next year things get better. I hope you get better I hope you get the right diagnosis too. Until my wife and I tell my friends I never understood how important my neck is until all this started happening.

    Hello! I am going to adopt these exercises as my new routine!
    I started with these noises about 1 year ago! I visited different chiropractors, osteopaths, and also tried ozone therapy (5 sessions) but the noise is the same!
    I work in front of the computer every day, and I play tennis like 5 times a week. And also pilates twice a week. I dont know the cause of this, anybody can tell me why. My resonance is Ok for my age (rectified cervical since I remember). This noise is so annoying!!
