Thank you, use a bread bag... machine was clogged of coffee grain somewhere i did 2 descaling and youre trick solve my intermitent coffee problem... pouring each time now👌🏻

Omg I HOPE PEOPLE ARE READING THIS....
I've tried all the videos I've watched including this and nothing worked. I have similar model, nespresso virtuo. It stopped working and button kept turning red. I've tried everything. Then I filled the pod container with water. This is the container where you put your coffee pods. Closed it and ran the machine and it started working! The pointed tool that pokes the pod was blocked with coffee grains. After it started working, I performed cleaning process by closing it and pressing button 3x. I HOPE THIS SOLVED YOUR ISSUES...
It sure solved mine!!!
