Thanks for taking the time to show the step-by-step on how to get the tourniquet ready for action. Your detailed videos always help me to better understand the medical gear you review.

Thank you for another outstanding video with straightforward information and instructions without the long-winded BS others like to include. PLEASE keep up the good work! And thank you again!

Hey Brian. If you want to discuss decorticate posturing as result of trauma, check out ASP TH-cam channel, "New York gunfight has unfortunate victim" at about 1:14. About 3 weeks ago. (I hope I got that title mostly right so you can find it.)

Love your channel! Got one of these for my ankle kit thanks to your recommendations here. My only complaint with the newest model is the trap to catch the windlass because it sticks out and makes it snag in the ankle kit. I’ve actually experimented with some different folds this past week and found that if I fold the buckle to the same side as the trap and triangle and then pull the loop and free end around and to that same side, then fold them in to the space between the buckle and the trap, it slides in the ankle rig much better and is even slightly slimmer, for what it’s worth.

Thanks Flyboy! Excellent! I like customizing my kits too. I always pull everything out and rearrange things to suit me better.

What's the difference between the sof-t and the sof-t wide? I can't seem to find the sof t wide on tac meds website?

NEVER practice with a tourniquet you intend to use for real. It’s not just the hook/loop that degrades, but you can severely weaken the entire system by repeated use.
