I really like your way of explaining leadership style. Leadership has so many skills to operate in different organizations or offices. First, Leaders need to be attentive to do their work, with their teams in the office or organizations. They set goals in the companies. They build self-confidence. They build self-esteemed among themselves. They build respect for each of them. That professional teaching. They are so creative. They are great inspirers. They coach each one of them in their groups.
