Just a slightly related comment based on experience in a small country overseas: There are different levels of what constitutes 'difficult'. In cases where you're essentially dealing with childishness and lack of experience - usual situation where someone has been promoted out of what they can't do or are just plain immature or riding on ego - often I've found the only solution is to put up that barrier, deliver and move on. I.e., put up with it.
The points in the video are all well made and (respectfully) pretty standard. Great that it's being articulated in this way. If both 'sides' are aware of what's going on that usually smooths things over and gets rid of the fluff. Unless there's the ego / childish problem aforementioned.
    Right, back to programme planning...

Sounds very familiar to me. In the end it turned out that they had their own agenda and wanted the project to fail just to have more ammunition to achieve their own goals. The story isn't finished yet unfortunately.

Excellent advise. I know for a fact that I have gone with many preconceived notions that have hurt me. I have found it difficult to keep the emotions apart.

This is very good, but I would like to point out constructively that compared to some videos I’ve seen on TH-cam, this one could do with being a bit more professional.
