  • www.SpeedUpMySearch.com/inter... Management Interviews often include the question, What is your management style? This can be a huge opportunity to distinguish yourself. Most people simply describe their style, and hope that it matches up with the the style the employer feels their team will respond to, but there's a style that matches up with EVERY company. In this video I will show you exactly what it is, and why it will set you apart so drastically.
    Just remember, people join companies, but they leave managers. As a manager, you have the greatest impact on the tenure of the employees at your company. Show them you understand this, and how you take advantage of it.

      Thanks Hemant, glad this was helpful. It's important to always try think about WHY the employers are asking the questions they ask because then you can more effectively speak to their concerns. Thanks for the comment!

    1. Delegate
    2. Positive Reinforcement
    3. Not micro manage
    4. No politics
    5. Build morale
    6. No accusation
    7. Attentive empathetic listeners
    8. No favorites
    In today’s game it is all about who covers Bosses’ derrières ! Also, they give favoritisms, bonuses to those who play politics !

      Culture definitely plays a huge part Dee. Some companies priorities protecting the boss, while others put a premium on bosses who protect their teams. Both can work, just depends on the attitudes of the people on those teams. Pick the wrong culture and it's not going to be a happy stay at that company.

    This is one of the most difficult question in a job interview.

    • @SpeedUpMySearch
      @SpeedUpMySearch  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I agree Nestor. They have specific people in mind when they ask, knowing how they prefer to be led, but interviewees can only guess. That's why it's important to always include the retention aspects I talk about this video because good companies like keeping their top performers. Thanks for watching.

      Hi pinol, for an answer to 'What is your management style?" just click play on the video. Since honesty is the top priority in your answer, I can't script an answer for you, but this gives you the framework you need to adapt virtually any answer to company where you are interviewing.

    How about give an example answer at the end. This is helpful but misses the example which is key.

      @SpeedUpMySearch  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Darrell, the wording I used in how to answer the question was meant to be the example. I'll try to add the script into the notes below the video in the coming weeks. Thanks for the idea.
