    Thanks so much susan to know. What motivates people. There are several ways and means to encourage people in your team members. I, you will show them loved to do the work perfectly. 2. They need growth to expand in the business. 3. Clarification, things that happen in the business place they need to clarify things to them. 4. They need respect to one and others. Finally correction is needed to them people needs to be corrected when they do mistake. Powerfully teaaching.

    It is more accurate to use Recognition than Contribution. Contribution is not a direct part of human nature. It is a result of acts pursuing recognition.
