- Part 13 of a 100% walkthrough for Banjo-Tooie (Xbox Live Arcade version). This is part 2 of Grunty Industries. The worlds are large in Banjo-Tooie so I'll be breaking up most of them into two videos. This will be a 100% walkthrough showing the location all jiggies, music notes, homeycomb pieces, jinjos, glowbos, cheato pages, etc. I'll try to include time stamps for all notable events and collectibles in this video.

I feel that Industrial Themed Levels (i.e. Factories, Mines, Harbor's, etc) is where Rareware shined the brightest. I just wish I could replay the entire Level again without starting a New Game.
The frustration of this world is real
The difficult of this level is real.
It's like a sequel to Rusty Bucket Bay (which, to me, was a good thing). I wonder if that freighter was heading to Grunty Industries
The Mumbo tasks and the warp pads were further proof that the design of this game was no mistake. And that Clockwork egg used at 22:35 proves that it can break this game like a flower pot.
Lol, yeah, I never used that trick before.
The process of opening the door to Weldar was the worst kind of filler.
I liked that process as a kid. Felt like a "quest".
Weldar is so difficult to beat because he sucks me up too fast for me to react.

The cameras and alarms terrified me when I was little. A lot of things in this game did.

I never beat tooie, because of this level stopping me. I always thought the one flaw of tooie was the games massive size, and design complexity.

32:18 Nuts n Bolts, Nice Teaser there. Some boss he can be compared to the Rest, guess it's actually being Operated by Gruntilda herself (namely with the fact that it said "No Bears Allowed").
Fun fact, the sewers in this level is mostly copy-pasted from the Complex level in Goldeneye.
Yo, I remember back when this came out on the N64, some Ludacris song that went "Rollin roll" or something like that also came out, and when I was a kid, for some reason, I imagined Weldar yell "Rollin roll!" right before he hit the electric box.. Buhhahahahh!!

FUN FACT: The Twinkly Room was one of a few spots in the original N64 game where the music could glitch up by restarting from the beginning and playing all variants of the level theme at the same time, with Witchyworld's Crazy Castle and Cloud Cuckooland's Pot o' Gold being two others. It appears that that was fixed in this version.

This level is the Banjo-Kazooie version of The Legend of Zelda OOT Water Temple.

It is now that you mention it, although there are a few more rooms in Clinkers Cavern than in Complex though
So I screwed up (no pun intended) on 21:29 and I stupidly ignored the text. It was something about a fan or vent to get rid of the toxic waste. Anybody know how to get rid of the toxic fumes?

About the Twinlie mini game in Grunty Industries: how come you took Banjo with you? I know the mini game provides you with Running Shoes, but shouldn't Kazooie alone be much faster than Banjo and Kazooie (and more so when she has the shoes equipped)? That's what I've always thought when it came to this particular mini game.
The pack room, yeah, you can enter just as Kazooie although you will need to time your turns quicker both with and without the Running Shoes, and you do get slower while carrying the Twinkles with you until you unload each of them in the correct colour ports.
You are really good at this game.

I was scared of missing clinkers, so i tried to follow your paythrough of the Sewer Clinker Mini-Game, and it was a nightmare. I feel like you made the sewers look even more confusing by circling around like 6 times. Got it on my first try when I wasn't trying to follow along. This level has been the sloppiest pair of walkthroughs so far for sure. I've enjoyed the rest of these walkthroughs, but these had me feeling like there was no forethought about how to organize each task. Oof
Phew that level was really a labyrinth. I remember I stopped playing that game there.
This level is ridiculous without a guide, I got 1 jiggy in 2 hours. You are finally able to access a new area just to be stopped in the next room cause you have to be the washing machine or something. uhh so irritating

How do reach the jig at the top floor "Storage Area" that you access through a window on the roof? I don't know how to get kazoo alone to glide.
You can have kazooie learn the glide move in Hailfire peaks, if you're still stuck
Kazooie learns Glide on an outcropping accessible from Hailfire Peaks’ Icicle Grotto. However, once you make it to the platform at the top of Floor 1, you’ll have a bunch of Tintops to deal with before they’ll relinquish that Jiggy.
You could fire a Clockwork Kazooie Egg up there and collect it as Clockwork Kazooie.
How did you get the elevator beside the rabbit to go down?

The Toxic Clouds only stay in a small square area in each room just leave that area and the toxic Clouds will go back to their square area leaving you alone until you re-enter their areas

When I got to the cable room I accidentally shot the green toxic can and now I can't get rid of it.
Get out of the quality room and you should find a fan switch to your right.

I couldn’t remember why I hated Thai level and then watching the walk through I remembered why. My game has a glitch in it. There was no glowbo to offer Mumbo.
How do I reach the barrels on the conveyor belt/ I can't find it on the 4th floor.
You have to go to the left of the elevator on the 4th floor find a battery carry it active the battery powered door as Banjo and go though the door as Kazooie to the cable room, go through the door to the opposite side of that room without hitting the electric cables, (on the far side there is a fan for that room on the far left corner near the door to the toxic barrel room if you accidentally hit a toxic barrel).

You need to go to a upper floor and unscrew the bolts with Bill Drill.

There's 2 to get there. Not sure which one you mean, but there's one you get after defeating Weldar, you go as Banjo in a room with a giant fan in the air conditioner plant, you also need to learn shack-pack in hailfire peaks, use that as you go deep down the toxic water.
In the other one you need Banjo to learn sack-pack in cloud cuckooland, and cross the toxic water using the move.
Should have showed us how to get around to Jiggy 6... that was a near impossible shot to make with the mechanical egg :(
That was easy for me
aim for one of the toxic barrels as they go by! the mechanical egg wont set them off and its an easy way to get where you need to be
Lol, yeah normally I would turn into Washing machine Banjo, go up to the 4th Floor and go in the no entry door on the opposite side of those barrels like the game wants you to.
