A little bit annoying, but he had potential (my opinion, of course). The most painful death was Jecki's.

Yord and Jecki really grew on me. I was so proud of Jecki’s character when she was getting the best of her dark force using opponent and was able to reveal his identity. Seeing Yord and Jecki as force ghosts would be a tissue worthy scene. I think the Dark Side character is more like how Ventriss was to Count Dooku and Darth Sidious, a Sith tool.

They look like good figures but I’m not pursuing them. I’m sure if they go on crazy sales I will grab some. I’m actually kind of bummed some of these figures stories were short. I wanted to know them more. I’ll probably get Sol and Osha. If the Stranger and Jedi Wookiee are made I’d get them.
Not a fan of the acolyte but will definitely be getting the four Jedi they’ve made since Hasbro isn’t keen on giving us a lot of prequel Jedi

I'm absolutely getting Jecki, Yord ane Sol and maybe Yord's padawan when she shows up, abolutely 10/10 figures, their characters also have amazing designs and they put up one of the top 3 BEST fights in the entire saga so that means i'm absolutely shilling out for The stranger.

Losing the thigh cut is a mistake. A lot of imports don’t have thigh cuts but they are engineered in a way that the thigh still have a lot of range. Black series doesn’t so it’s limiting

Why has TBS gone back to the cartoon eyes vs photoreal? They looked so much better.
Yeah I didn’t like the pixelated look but these aren’t perfect either

Might get two or three of the Osha for custom smugglers, and i could always use a Jedi Body for customs. Really do wish we got a 1/1 pip droid but hopefully the fans will make 3d files soon
Mr. Super Clear “Matt” 👀 works well. I’ll have to order some. An older version Jyn Erso TBS figure will be the test dummy. The newer Jyn Erso figure actually has a true likeness to the actress Felicity Jones. 💕
They make excellent fodder regardless of how you feel about the show

The only one I would be interested in (for TVC) is Jecki Lon. The sole reason is that I respect the heck out of the actress and I hope she gets more chances in different productions including stunts. Dafne Keen was awesome in Logan.
And in His Dark Materials too.

I was getting this wave one way or the other, so many Force users and they are people of color... chuffed to bits. I really hope we get The Stranger, Kelnacca, Mother Aniseya, Vernestra Rwoh, and if we get Torbin hopefully it's the younger version with Bazil rounding out the sixth spot... It's Hasbro so they will definitely charge us full price for a half size character like with the Ewoks. I don't have high hopes but I'm fairly certain we'll at least get sexy ass Qimir/ Stranger.

I picked up Mae mainly for the kunai weapons. Been waiting for your reviews because I'm on the fence with these figures, mainly for space reasons as the show hasn't resonated with me just yet as it's still coming out.

I really hope they make a wave two! I love the show and there's so many characters like vernestra or the stranger that I want figures off!
I think the Stranger is a shoo in to get a figure, he's been one of the best received aspects of the show especially with the latest episode.

More characters dead before the toys arrive
Most black series figures released are of already dead characters. Luke Leia Han Vader Kylo Padme Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, Maul, the entire Rogue One crew etc, etc.

@@clearymc By your logic, then does that mean you no longer wanted a Darth Vader figure when the Black Series started? Because by the time we got the Black Series, many characters that we have gotten figures of are dead.

@@LandspeederLuke my point is only that I want to buy new media figures during new media because I’m excited by the show. The more screen time they get the more I want the character. An early death means a figure is not one I’ll rush out to buy (trinity) versus a character who survives most of the season (master sol)

I’ve got them all on preorder, really enjoying the show! I hope all the review bombing and comment trolls don’t keep it from being renewed, I love seeing the Jedi afraid to lose their power like Sidious said to Anakon AND it’s got the best lightsaber action of any Disney project bar the Clone Wars Season 7 and *maybe* the final duel in Kenobi. It stacks up with the best of the saga action wise imho.
Don’t really care for the characters at all really. All I’m seeing is great fodder for customs, especially Osha for a custom female bounty hunter/smuggler

I'll probably get these figures after they go on clearance. I don't have Disney plus and have no connection to these characters. They will become background Jedi on my shelves if I use them at all. More likely I'll use the cloaks on Jedi figures I already own and have some extra lightsabers.

You don't want Disney Plus for this show (or any Star Wars show besides Andor). The Acolyte is probably the worst thing Disney Star Wars has made.

Thanks for the review. I find annoying that we got whole new sculpts for these charachters, but Hasbro reused Luke's legs and weist for the Darth Sidious BL figure.
To be fair. It makes sense given Palpatine's legs would he covered up by his robes.
