Since magazines aren’t available anymore I really appreciate lineup of Suzuki’s and all brands I did not know they made some of these bikes I did not know that they made a sport touring bike GSXGT
The GSX 8R is a parallel twin not an in line 4. The first new Suzuki motor in years now used in at least 3 bikes. They should make a cruiser using this motor.
Good info as usual! The M109s don't have a six-speed gearbox because there is enough torque in the 109 that they can use a wider spread between the gears, a "wide ratio gearbox". There would really be no benefit except maybe for an extreme overdrive but that may cause other stress-related problems in the drive train. The big old Kawasaki 2000cc, 125 cubic inch, had a five-speed also. Torque monster! Ride a torquey five-speed bike for a while, I'll bet you may not want to go back to a six-speed.
I said to a friend of mine, “I heard there is a good lookin’ Suzuki up at the local dealership that they have a great deal on. Why don’t you go up and take a look at it and tell me what you think?” A day later, he says, “I went looking, but I honestly can’t find a good lookin’ Suzuki.” Had to laugh at that.
$2580 for a DRZ50 ? Back in 1984 my best friend and I ordered 2 1984 CR500 Hondas and the price “out the door” for each one was $2350!!!! WOW! What a difference 40 years makes!!😂😂
I bought , brand new in 1976, a Yamaha RD400c (c for Canada) $1,389.00. They’re going for, in like new condition, $6-7,000.00 easy (in US$), $10,000.00 to me
I wish Suzuki made dedicated road tourers. Modern version of the Cavalcade They make quality machines. I have had many Suzukis and never one problem. 83Katana, 82GS1100G, 841100 EFE, 86 GSXR1100, 99Hayabusa, 97 DR650. All faultless.
I know Honda has the Goldwing and Kawasaki has the Vacquero, but the Goldwing costs just as much as the Indian and Harley tourers, and the Vacquero is butt ugly. I agree, I wish one of the Japanese big 4 would make something that actually competes with Harley and Indian touring bikes.
Have seen vid on a 1500 intruder and a c90 bolavard not much difference between them one about 15000.00 the other little over 13000.00. Is this not true?
@@stephenpiasecki7984 I believe they are basically the same bike. Here in the States I think the Intruder was replaced by the Boulevard. But Suzuki no longer makes either one here.
The Katana looks sweet in the matt blue.
The bikes look great.

Interesting. Thanks for the info.
MANY motorcycles have mirrors mounted on the fairings, including others in this lineup.
they need to redesign the rmz and bring back the dr 200
C50. Good bike for the money.
Suzuki V Strom 250 SX is also in the lineup.
Not in the US, at least not that I can find...

Many of them look good.
When you don't change it for 20 years it ought to be DIRT CHEAP....and they aren't. Sad.
We haven’t had the dr 650 in uk for years please may I come and live in the states please
Well, you have the Honda Hornet and we don't....
@cruisinwithphil I'm thinking about getting one good looking and great reviews

Do you mean the Boulevard C90t?

Insightful 🐟
And the word is (French:”pan-yay”)or in English “Basket”. You’re welcome
And I should have known that, I used to be fluent in French. Thanks for that!
