Oh that is fantastic! If you plan on doing supplements it GOES REALLY FAR, so make sure you have tons of capsules on hand! The best of luck and congratulations!
So sorry about my delay in response! They have held up amazingly so far. I usually make a two months supply at once (pulling everything out and precise work make it work it) but you could make more than that at a time. I think important details to consider would be how you are storing it once the liver is capsuled. We keep extra that we are not currently using in a linen closet (cooler) and complete darkness in a brown glass bottle and using one of those moisture packets. As long as there has not been moisture we continue to reuse the packets each time! To answer your question specifically, I think you could make enough for 6 months (packaged and kept stored as stated above) easily. Past that might result in less effective nutrition from the liver. Thank you for asking we love to hear the questions!
I am so sorry that it took me a while to get back to you. This is a very important question! We just moved across country and I have not been good about checking since we have relocated. If you’re using a similar size of capsule that I did, which was pretty close to the smallest, I would definitely say starting off slowly. Like you, we are large meat eaters but there is something about organ meat versus muscle meat that is very different in the body. I made sure when introducing that we had the supplement with food, since there are so many minerals and vitamins in liver. After that our focus was once a day for several days in a row and changed and updated to two pills a day, one in the morning, and then in the evening, and as we saw more tolerances we increased pill amount at time of intake. We have done no more than three at a time, and when it comes to our son, I am actually opening the pills and sprinkling it in food because he’s too young to take a pill orally. Hope this helps! And I would love to hear about your experiences if you are doing this as well!
I have done this raw, in this situation I took frozen liver and sliced it into small pieces and freeze dried it. Once that was completed, between a small hiatus I continued as you saw in this video and crushed then encapsulated the liver. I am sure you could do cooked but the health benefits are better and more beneficial if it is done raw! If you are interested to see that process you can watch this video to see the prep! th-cam.com/video/1hBubT45b5o/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching and hope that you are enjoying the content!
Thank you! We just butchered a steer and I saved everything! Will freeze dry the liver this weekend. 😊

Please report back for sure on how it goes for you! Making the capsules is very simple, just a bit tedious lol, the best of luck!

Do you cook the liver or keep it raw?
It is raw liver but in a previous video I freeze dried the liver in small chunks for more consistent and quicker freeze drying!
How many capsules should an average person take. I am a big meat eater
