No you don’t, I’ve driven the car immediately after installing the spoiler and it’s been fine the whole time.
Same with the many other spoilers I’ve installed.

with this kind of spoiler installed, can we continue to wash our car with a roller? Won't the spoiler come off?

Won’t have any problems. The 3M is super strong.
But I advise against using roller washers anyway.
