Endlich jemand, der weiß was er tut. Ich habe einige Clips gesehen und war sehr oft Erstaunt wie Lieblos mit den Zutaten umgegangen wird. Reste oder Verschnitt einfach achtlos weggeschmissen! Bei diesem Koch hier im Clip sitzt jeder Handgriff und gekonnte Zubereitung der Gerichte! Ein "DICKES LIKE" an dieser Stelle 👌👍!!!

Nice to see proper traditional Chinese Wok cooking especially 7:18 when he super-heated the wok then seasoned it with oil before toss frying the egg. This practice sets the heat on wok at optimal temperature so the egg (or whatever food types) won't burn and stick to the surface. But we can't do it without the intense heat at home cooking. The heat actually expands and opens up all minute cracks on the wok surface so oil can sip in and coat to wok and stop food burning/sticking. Best illustration here, thanks for the upload.
