Actually they are quite slow. I've known people who can crack and egg in both hands at the same time and empty them without getting shells in the final product. If there are any pro bakers reading this they know what's up.
Not all types of rice need or should be washed. We always washed our rice from Suriname but now I never wash my rice as I eat Pandan rice and washing would remove flavor.
LOL I LITERALLY just uploaded a video on my channel about Street Food in Vietnam, the capital of Street Food. And the best part is they're under $1. CRAZYYYYYY!!!!
Is just crazy to me that they have such fresh ingredients and food literally cooked on the spot that costs probably less than $1 but over here in America....
In Bangkok the standard price of food is about 1.5-2$ a dish and the price of this prawn egg fried rice is 3.8$, but the minimum wage is like 11$/8hrs. I prefer America 🤣
I would bring my own plate and set it beside that wok while he is cooking the fried rice. All that rice and shrimp falling off would be enough for my lunch or dinner.

@@misssusan963 I think it's already possible. But there's no demand for it. So no one is making it.
