نصيحة من مصر العزيزة قبل ان تضعى السمك فى الزيت ضعى السمكة فى الدقيق ثم على شبكية بيد المونيوم مثل كبشة مثلا فى الماء الغزير
وهى فى الشبكية بيد ثم ارفعيها بالشبكية و ضعيها فى الزيت حتى تكون مكتملة القوام مقرمشة و غير محروقة
