말입니다. 내 호주머니 돈은 아까워 먹다가
남은거 파는 마냥 싸구려 재료를 사서 고객들
9만원은 우습게 삥뜯는 비양심자들은
절대 해당되는 말이 아닙니다.
그래도 양심껏 장사 하는 분들도 있고
돈은 번다고 하지만 솔직히 한달에
몇천을 벌어도 장사는 진짜 쉬운일이 아니라고 봅니다~
저런 장사는 손이 다 닳고 허리도 뿌아지고
쉬운일이 아니지요.
왜 그런지 이유는 모르겠는데 보다보니 눈물이 나요. 퉁퉁부은 손도 그렇고 매일 저렇게 정성스레 준비하신다니.. 존경스럽습니다. 꼭 찾아가 인사 드리고 싶어요. 사장님 번창하시고 건강하세요!
Aside from the fact that everything she cooks looks good, I also love that she asks her customers how the food tastes and if it's to their liking. You can see she cares about the food she makes and the people she cooks for.

가던 칼국수 집이 휴무라 들렸던 집인데, 사장님 친절하셔서 인상깊었어요. 옆 테이블 노부부께서 비빔밥을 시키셨는데 어머님, 아버님은 부드러운 나물만 담아드리라고 주문 넣으시더라구요. 다음엔 저도 비빔밥 먹을께요.
