That playing cards trick for even spacing was neat!
This is probably the best workbench design I've ever seen. Naturally, I always see room for improvements for my own situation (I'm relegated to one side of a small allegedly-2-car garage. But I love the overall design immensely
A workbench that's nice enough to be a piece of furniture. Why not? I really like the knobs made of ply. Beautiful workmanship.

Every home / work place should have one
i came here looking for some ideas to build a workbench in my fledgling shop, now I realize that no matter what I build I'll never be happy with it after seeing this, great work man...truly inspiring!
I love this. I have seen many benches. I think this one is my favorite. I love how you incorporated the track saw, the dust vac and just everything about it. Makes things so efficient.
You've got some pretty great ideas in this video. I especially liked the method you're using for your side-mounted drawer slides as well as the way you position and fasten your drawer fronts to their corresponding boxes. Thanks for sharing!

That playing card trick for equally spacing the drawer covers is a fantastic tip.

Indeed a really usefull trick. i use double sided tape instead of the screws to fix the front in place and then screw it... really nice work and thumbs up for the amazing workbench. i learned alot from this video and i will use some features in my shop too :)

I am so glad, that I build 2x a shrunk model of this bench (100x50 cm) and putting them on wheels. Moving the two benches around really fits my tiny workshop. They have been so versatile.

Placing an equal number of playing cards as spacers for the drawer fronts is an excellent idea, ensuring all drawers are equally spaced, leading to a more professional appearance. Excellent tip!

Awesome bench with fantastic jigs and storage for everything you would ever need. As an engineer and woodworker and someone who has made many of my own shop tools and machinery I can truly appreciate the innovation and workmanship that’s gone into creating this top of the line workbench. I just wish I had the time to make one for myself, I’m very jealous. 👍👍👍

This is absolutely insane!!!! My mind was racing with all the things I would build with a workbench like this. A true piece of art. The words "multi function" don't begin to explain how awesome this is! I also wonder what kind of a person dislikes a video like this? Thank you for sharing your work here!!
Haters, plain and simple. The haters cannot bring themselves to admit that this guy has the most epic workbench they have seen and compliment his work. In an attempt to make themselves feel better. They are jealous and so the hater will vindictively dislike the video because inside he dislikes himself and covets the talents, and tools, and tenacity for woodworking that this man possesses because these things they don't have and likely will never attain.

its been a long time since i was really blown away by a workbench. I'm planning on building my own and this has blown away all I was planning to do. So simple, so prercise. I have to rethink all of my ideas again just to fit this in. Thanks for sharing

This professional seems to have thought of everything, scientifically and exquisitely. Also, the videos are well done, he doesn't intrude like a star, but presents modestly and elegantly.

I know what you mean. Reminds me of what my dad (who was a piano player) said after we attended an unbelievable jazz concert. He was going to chop up his piano when we got home.
Wow. This seems to eliminate the need for a traditional table saw and out-feed table. Much safer too!

It can do so but a table saw can be very quick at cutting sheet goods down to certain sizes. For many people an MFT cutting station is more than enough.
No need for a table saw with this bench

He made an intentional shallow cut in an earlier video as the track saw is stationary for crosscutting.
Fantastic. You must have a plywood jig for putting your underpants on accurately in the morning.

I don't even need a workbench right now, but this is probably the best one I have ever seen! Beautiful craftsmanship and great organization.
This workbench is incredible... One thing I don't see is how you avoid damaging the bench top with all these cuts you make? I must be missing something.
On the longitudinal cuts he use a spacers under the plate!
On a crosscut ,which is always on the same place, he made a groove cut once and always using this to crosscut.

You could also route a 20-25mm wide (3/4" to 1" wide) and 1/4"-3/8" deep dado channel in the workbench top where he always does his crosscuts, which would allow him or you to drop in a replaceable, "sacrificial cutting strip".
Like a table saw's "miter gauge slot", it could also be used as such as a marking/cutting protractor and miter gauge.
@@bbfoto7248 Did not understand the removable bar with existing circular saw in the dado slot, because workpiece is between circular saw and workbench. What am I missing?

Never remove a power cord by pulling on the cable (1:33). Please pull the connector. Your cord will last much longer. Aside from that, great project.
