Thanks, I'm wondering if a reflashed ECU could revert back to its stock setting on its own?

      No - it's impossible.

Once an ECU is flashed, the contents of the Bin File do not change. The ECU can not be read/written to, in normal operation. It can only be written to (changed) by connecting it to an ECU flashing tool. It is not possible for the ECU to 'revert' to stock without some sort of interface to write in the stock bin file. Your issue may be related to your ECU having 2 sets of maps (like most Kawasaki's), and it is possible that you changed one set of maps, but the ECU is actually using the other set by default. These are known as Map 0 and Map 1. This may be the reason your bike appears to be still running on the stock maps after flashing some changes to the ECU.

So every time we revert the ecu back to stock trying to clear out someone else's work we are going to have to buy the bin file every time or just contact yall so we can have the file back?

If you have an ECU that has been TuneLocked by another tuner with Woolich, then what you need to do is read the ECU, then send us a key transfer request. Once the key transfer has been approved, open up a new stock bin file (NOT Return to Stock) and flash it. This will use the existing key that's on the ECU.
