@BlackScreen-nb7tx IF you watch this channel, I ALWAYS say, you HAVE to be willing to walk away. So not caring too much is actually good advice.
That said, there are a multitude of reasons people become complacent in a relationship that could cause a loss in interest, desire and ultimate breakup. This is something most couples can get past, provided there is a change in the dynamic.
If you understand anything about attraction, you know that being around or being there for someone who dumped you or is not prioritizing is a terrible strategy it doesn’t work.
The behavior of essentially valuing yourself and Not disrespecting yourself SHOULD be normal. But unfortunately it isn’t. Some people are hurt, broken or may have low self esteem. And so they stick around, trying to be friends, trying to beg etc. Which obviously never works.
So in some ways these videos help you mimic high self esteem behavior, and hopefully eventually it stops being an act. You let your ex fight for you.

@BlackScreen-nb7tx There is ALWAYS a dumper… the whole reason a “breakup” takes place in the first place is one person WANTS to be in the relationship and the other does not.
Whatever language they use to describe it when they leave is mostly justification to make the separation easier. Ultimately they don’t want to be there.
From an energy perspective, a desire to stay and make things work, there is always one partner who wants that less. Or specifically in a breakup doesn’t want it at all…. Otherwise they would have never left

But he went from texting ans checking up on me from hos vacation to no text at all .

He then started to get frustrated and ask me for the money i owed him from our last trip , to which he had said to forget about it .

We talked about going to Texas so he immediately asked me if i was going to Texas , I didnt reply .
He asked me whem was i going to sens him thw money and i sent immediately without a word .

You should do a poll, what % of people were the dumper and of those how long did it take them to reach out to the one they dumped. Is the dumper male or female, age range, length the relationship lasted before the breakup and/or star signs. Be interesting results. I see common signs probably based off psychology but the more data the better. Make better predictions for future dumpees. ❤
Directly after he broke up with me 2 months ago, I have started No contact without saying anything. After 35 days he contacted me, very politely but distantly, and wanted to know if he could pick up the week after his things which are still at my home.
I replied to him 5 hours later in the same tone that in that said week I wouldn't be available, but eventually the week after. I also suggested to send him his stuff by post. He answered that there was no rush and sent me kind regards, which I returned. I've been back in NC since then( 21 days until today). He will definitely get in touch with me again.I don't know when but I don't care. Meanwhile I move on.

@unordinarynikki : After 107 days of nc, he finally recontacted me. In the beginning in a polite but distant way, now the contact becomes more confident, warmer, and very nice. It's always him who contacts me regularly ,it's never me. I'm patient and will see how it goes...now, as I know that he is a DA and I've learnt so much about DAs, it's much easier for me to handle this attachment style. I don't know if he wants again a relationship with me , both results would be fine for me, i.e. either a relationship or nothing. Greetings from Germany

NoContact always works BECAUSE the sole intent is to get into the POWER POSITION. IF the ex comes back and you still want them, then that is the bonus only, not the purpose also, it allows you to DETACH which creates emotional disconnect and helps you to see “the ex” clearly, instead of through rose colored glasses.

10 years here too bro. Although mine is extremely recent, and she left on the most inmature and hurting way. And the whore bitch devil of her mother never wanted us to be together and the one time after 7 years of no seeing her daughter after I brought her from our home country to the U.S and she visited us, she achieved her goal of breaking us up. My dear, I understand how you feel about your situation but I’m still going to tell you that this is not the end of time, because so many of us especially we the ladies. My fiancée and I were preparing for marriage and realized that we were BOTH not ready - We were brining a lot of baggage into the relationship and hurting each other. We split for 6 months - No contact - To work on ourselves (God, studies, career). The engagement is now back on - But we both brought back evidence of the changes that were made. Do not trust "I have changed". Those are just words.
7 years. We are 27. We were having difficulties for at least 3 years. She didn't care about sex, I didn't care about having dates. One day she told me that the spark was gone and that couldn't see a future with me, she started wanting kids after years of agreeament that we didn't want to have them. We broke up.

And I have to say after watching other videos from other dating coaches you’re one of the best and I don’t think anybody else has explained no contact and the phases and how you get through them like this video video thank you so much!

We were meant to be engaged, and I said a few things to his sister including if things are sorted in the next two weeks I will end this (we fought for an entire month about our wedding month) and she went and told the parents. We kept in contact for a few months and now he decided to go no contact and I can understand as I had a few unhealthy traits such as always wanting to leave the relationship or not believing he loves me. I really hope I am able to address these issues whilst we go no contact cause I love this man immensely. If you’re struggling start with reviewing why you are going no contact and read old messages where you have messed up and go to therapy. Keep asking yourself what is the goal, if the goal for now is getting back together, start there and then slowly that will shift because you lose hope but your routine and mindset would’ve shifted. Some days are harder than most but I love my human so I’m healing these wounds to progress me and then us.

My wife separated from me 4 months ago. I have been in no contact for 3 months.
At first before I went no contact I kept complimenting her, checking on her asking how her day was and she would sometimes answer me but never ask me how I was doing. I even went over her house to try to work things out and asked if she missed me and told her I still loved and missed her. She told me she did not miss me and that she was ok. Then I went no contact.
However, recently after 3 months her friend told me that my wife believes she made the right decision to separate from me because I was not fighting for her or going out of my way to win her back. This frustrated me because I tried but she did not reciprocate anything. Plus she broke up with me. What should i do? I love her very much and we have 3 kids together with a 13 boy at home with my wife.

In my case, she broke up with me about a month ago. Went nearly 3 weeks without talking. And I reached out (yes I know I shouldn’t have) but she met up with me. We talked. Said it was hard being there. I didn’t ask her to take me back but the topic of continuing, did come up. I told her that because she left, she’d have to decide. Because by rights since she left, if we were to have talked it’s because she reached out. Not me. Long story short she calls me a few days later and says she can’t do it. And we talked about an hour. I didn’t beg…but I did put up an argument. An argument in the sense that she should reconsider for x or y reason. Eventually I lost my patience and said she didn’t want it to work because she kept finding excuses. So if she thought she could do better to go ahead. And I let her go. This conversation was a week ago. I’m not reaching out again obviously….but yeah. It sucks.

Its June now and we havent spoken since that call in May .

I initiated no contact this week. She sent me a text because we work together and I guess I have her a “go to hell” look. 32 days of no contact, something i had to do with her cause she said she felt like i was forcing her in a relationship like her ex’s did to her in her past. After 33 years of being together my husband decided he need some time away from me. It’s been 3 months now. He says the reason we broke up (after 5 years in a serious relationship) is because he doesn't want to get married (and I do). Yet, he is dating someone else now... She has bipolar disorder, which explains a lot of things, but I still don't hold any grudge against her. I knew what I was getting into, and I don't regret it.
@@MikeJoints My ex also is bipolar (which is a recent diagnosis) but it's a big part of what drove us apart at the end too. His mental health issues were out of control and he refused to get help. I think he started "dating" the girl he's with now (assuming they're still together) because of loneliness and because he was in a manic episode and just didn't even think about me at all. But now he's realizing what life is like without me, hence the begging to be friends and apologizing. But I think for now I am just going to keep staying silent because if I entertain him at all, it's just going to keep pulling me down this toxic path where I keep getting hurt. And that's not fair to me. :(
I feel there are always exceptions... especially with someone stubborn... First time i ended he reached out after 4 years😅 (i broke it off coz he is a great person and i know he cares but he is an avoidant and i was over that it was always push and pull)...
