      Much too often dude. You will produce a lot of scar tissue and probably lose hair with this frequency. Your skin need more time to recover than just 3 days. Just do it once every second or third week and you can go up to 2,5 mm on your scalp, the deeper the better. The blood vessels and other tissues you want to address are deeper than 1,5 mm.

It’s well known in skincare that chemicals peels acids can do the same as microdermabrasion and actually can be better since it’s more even. So a ligh bulb came on and said why not try it for hair. So I use two types of products from the ordinary company. Glycolic acid toner and aha acid. The toner is like a water consistency so about every four days I wet my entire scalp with it and let it sit overnight, the aha acid is very strong and thick so I only use it for my hair line every two weeks. I have seen great results with this and also way easier than microdermabrasion, even tho I still do that also. This just proves that not everybody that starts thinning and/or balding is due to the DHT sensitivity on their scalp and is probably reason why are there quite a portion of people that don't respond to Fin or Dut at all and the case might be due to the poor diet, no proper nourishment and care (bad shampoo, Traction alopecia , scalp massage for better blood flow, no oils like jojoba, rosemary, argan, castor, Vitamins A C E etc.).
    Losing hair sucks but not every case is "just take Fin&Min" and thus can be fixed or at least help to some degree the natural way.
    Always try natural way first before becoming dependent on any kind of meds...even if you already are on Fin these "natural" ways can always aid your regime as well.

      Data + Testimonials indicate that when you combine treatments they compound together, especially if you add together things like Minoxidil, Finasteride, Microneedling, etc. A lot of people see a moderate improvement in hair count by 12 weeks (3 months).
      Of course, you could be a non-responder to that, and you might need Vitamin D3 to reduce inflammation and scalp massages to reduce scalp tension (Another reason for hair loss).

You also have to keep in mind humans have long left behind the “natural” order of things. Nature isn’t on your side anyway, which is why nature makes you bald, and nature makes poison ivy a lot more terrible shit than it does stuff that actually helps you. I would just take the finasteride dude. Seriously.

      @@jakepokemonman1227 I stopped using finasteride 4 months ago and my hair is ok. In fact I have stopped using finasteride 2 times in my life. The first time I stopped because of the side effects (1mg) and only after a month my hair started to fall out like crazy. The second time I used a lower dose of 0.25mg ( no side effect at all) and my hair returned to normal in 10 to 12 months, with no side effects. So I took finasteride for a few months and stopped again, but this time I continued with derma stamp combined with oil. It's not a ton of oil and it's not a ordinary oil, the key is that it has to be an essential oil, essential oils is very strong and its look more like water, not oil, you have to use it a little. Just a little on the top scalp and that's it. I learned this from youtube user Imane Belle. Rosemary, lavender and peppermint have been proven to reduce dht and improve circulation. Rosemary is even more effective than minoxidil 2%. Proven from a study. It is almost 5 months now and i dont use finasteride, my hair is in better condition than when I used finasteride. Unbelievable, but true. I have no reason to lie. Derma stamp with 1.5mm and immediately after that essential oil on the scalp for better absorption. The results surprised me too. Honestly, I expected it not to work. But it work.

    The issue I have is that no doubt microneedling CAN work. However, that falls in the line of being a hair growth STIMULANT, NOT a DHT reducer. Therefore, while it probably will work by itself for some, the new hair growth won’t be maintained over a long period of time as the DHT makes the new hair follicles fall out down the road. This has been shown with people who just use Minoxidil alone.

    • @hairliciously
      @hairliciously  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

You keep mentioning what happens down the road as if drugs will help better in the long term. If you stop the drugs you lose your gains usually. Being that most balding and even diseases if you will are caused by nutrient deficiencies, what if he keeps his nutrient levels in tip top ranges and keep his gains for his entire life. Why don't you see that as a potential outcome. Most balding comes from low bloodflow to the scalp, out of wack hormone secretion and nutrient deficiency. All of these can be taken care of naturally without side effects which this young man has proven. Why are you so adamant that drugs are superior when foundationally they aren't. They are just more popular and marketed to the masses to bring in more money to big pharma. Natural remedies will never be as popular as drugs but that doesn't mean that natural remedies aren't the superior remedy. The only reason why balding is increasing so rapidly is because deficiencies are rising like never before. Our food and soil are constantly being stripped of the stuff God created to help us survive and thrive.

    See, I can understand that natural routes don't have enough proof yet but if you see we aren't doing enough or rigorous testing for natural routes for obvious profitability reasons. And yes that's why we ourselves have to take the natural path to check if they are effective or not.

    Hi hairliciously I am taking a combination of micro dosing finasteride orally and also trying topical. I am having some side effects after taking it for 6 weeks now. What your opinion on trying topical Dutasteride instead?

    • @hairliciously
      @hairliciously  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      not much studies on topical dutasteride. it's also harder to absorb since it's a bigger molecule (daltons). why are you taking both oral and topical finasteride? I would try just sticking with one or the other.

    funny thing is that in my case there is no progress of loss anymore after loosing them (I had very unhealthy period of time and also I stopped eaiting meat - exactly one year at that time), but loss looks like androgenetic alopecia, still forf over about 10 years after no significant loss at all (ofcourse I eat meat again, but I don't take any drugs for hair - never), and I don't do anything, now I thought maybe dermaroller will help to get them back, we will see in few months. In my family no hair loss before.

    I m 18 and I noticed severe hair fall and hair thinning, I went to a dermatologist, then doctor prescribed me some tablets which has biotin, saw palmnatto extract exactra,Ketoconazole lotion for dandruff and mild ahf shampoo and a hair serum which has natural dht blockers , it's been 20 days since then, and my hair fall has reduced significantly, earlier I used to loose around 40-50 hair strands and now it's reduced to 10-15 rarely. Does this mean medication is working and i shouldn't worry?

Ive seen hair instantly manifest through the laying of hands and calling on the Holy Spirit through scripture (Det 28:61 and Gal 3:13) concerning the finished works of Jesus at the Cross as well. I am working on all of this to compile the needed info to help others.

    Hi I’m just trying to wrap my head around if it’s possible to get 3% dilution of multiple essential oils in a carrier oil. For example I’m looking at making a hair oil with 3% of for 4 different essential oils which would equate to a total of 12% total essential oil dilution which I’m guessing would have burning effects. I’m only wondering this because to get some of the effects of the oils they’re best diluted at them ratios.
