So this challenge has really helped me
This is a nice routine to do on a Friday after a long commute home from work. If you do not eat before leaving work nor during your commute, the 3 hour period without food is easily achieved. Yes, it was an excellent location for the practice. Thank you, Satvic Yoga!
Doing it once a week will not lend you anywhere near to achieving the long term goals in yoga like anxiety relief,flexible body, calm mind,glowy face, balanced hormonal secretion etc.
Everyone! I have gone through too many things gym, bodybuilding, protein intake! But gym can't give you inner satisfaction and relaxation. Bodybuilding has external benefits. Yoga on otherhand, strengthens inner body strength and peace. It's natural! I've decided to give my entire life to it!
This journey is amazing, I have been consistent with the practice, the good thing is all he sessions are less than 30 mins and once you're on the mat we don't even realise when the time passes. Thank You Satvic Yoga team!
