How do you know all these people?

There's a wonderful community of friends and family here. It's no trouble rounding up help when needed.

With Hugo out of commission, someone equally charismatic had to step up.

Having spent every summer during my childhood in this camp it is so heart warming to see the care you are taking in restoring it. Thank you so much. I hope to see it in person some day.

Wonderful to hear from you! We are thrilled and honored to be shepherding it into its next hundred years. Please come!

It's so much fun seeing you making all that DIY things: you're so talented. But it's breathtaking watching yoy and yours without the minimum safety conditions on site! Building sites are very dangerous. People are so many times, to much times severely injured if not killed, so, please, take it seriously! I want to continue watching more of your videos. Thank you for showing us your amazing stuff. Cheers

Thank you for this. Safety is taken more seriously in my world than it may sometimes appear in these shorts. The extreme time compression of editing leaves a lot out. It's helpful to hear your take and I will give some thought to how I'm presenting work-flows in the future.

Looks like three generations of awesome folks moving big pieces of wood. Love it.

One of the generations, understandably, did less of the moving wood bit.

I need to keep the pups happy - there's about 15 beams to go.

This little task happened to take place on Friday at 5:30. Miler Time indeed!

Delightful. What a squad, many hands/light work, etc. Always a treat to start the weekend with one of your videos. The progress is steady and the results are as robust as you could hope for. Aces all around.

Thanks - it feels great to have at least a corner of this place on solid ground.

All I keep thinking about is the kid wearing the slides rather than closed toed shoes or boots.

Yeah - there were actually two of the crew who showed up in slides. As heavy as this looks, we had about 50% more hands than were really necessary, so I tell myself all toes weren't in terrible jeopardy. Next time I'll add a footwear note to the call to arms.
