This can't be done with a sublimation printer - that's one of the many things a white toner printer can do. It's basically the most versatile printing system I know and creative minds can really go to the fullest. Check out the icolor 560 that was used for this video
Try lowering your temperature a bit. The trick is to get the transfer to bond to the balloon without damaging your substrate, sometimes this requires testing of various settings.

Will the imprint from the transfer go away once the balloon is inflated?
No! the print will stay in place on your inflated balloon!
Is it also work for Transparent Bubble/Crystaz balloon?
This technique is best suited for mylar balloons, other materials can melt under the heat of a heat press

Yes! most 2 step papers will work with mylar balloons.
What size are the print
Mostly 8.5x11 on the heart balloons.
For smaller balloons, smaller prints should be used to not weigh down your small balloon too much

i tried 100 for 30 seconds but still melted balloon together

They have been pretty small, maybe 30 cm if inflated
