Ali I love all your bread recipes I live in SF Ca I have been trying all the bread recipe s is amazing it smells so good in my kitchen after the breads are done or while baking the recipes are so easy to follow it’s a success I bake and contribute to all my relatives and pass on the recipes to them they love it thanks score sharing the recipes and I encourage them to bake but Read at home and they stopped buying from the bakerery 😅

煮水是为了让面包表面遇碱性水帮助上色,也让表面淀粉糊化,烘烤后形成酥脆有韧性的外壳。
