- Just add yogurt. I use this method every day! Incredibly soft and delicious
Ingredients:
250g greek yogurt
42g honey
3g instant yeast
1 egg
250g all-purpose or bread flour
3g salt
30ml olive oil
Recipe:
250g yogurt
42g honey
Mix well
3g instant yeast
Wait for 5 minutes
1 egg (about 55g)
Mix well
Add to the yogurt
Mix
250g all-purpose or bread flour
3g salt
Mix well
30ml olive oil
Knead the dough
A bit of oil
Cover and rise until double size
Move the dough to a work surface
Sprinkle some flour
Deflate the air bubbles
Shape the dough into a ball
Cut in half
Shape each piece into a ball
Leave a comment down below if you have any questions!
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes
Roll up the dough from the long side
Pinch the edges
Pinch close the ends
Place on a baking pan
Repeat with the other piece of dough
Cover and rise until double size (about 45 minutes)
Brush some water
Sift some flour
Make diagonal cuts on the dough
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375F/190C
Place on a rack to cool down
Slice the bread
So delicious!

Good recipe, but all depends on the flour you use to get this exact result. My dough was very sticky so added two more tsps and although still sticky it was easier to work with. I make pizza dough like this and always add a little extra flour to get the perfect dough

As myself experience depend on the flour age, sometime the flour just bought and use right away then ok but you keep longer then you need to reduce the liquor,this way the dough will not sticky so much. This is my opinion like to share .

You dont need to change a lot, you just need to place the cranberries on the rolled out dough and then roll up the dough

Zdravím z České republiky. Já si ohřejí troubu na 150 stupňů. Pak ji vypnu a dám asi za 10 minut do trouby. Těsto krásně výkyne. Pak teprve peču.😊

You can add 1 tablespoons flaxseed and 3 tablespoons water for egg substitute, let it sit for 5 minutes…then use as 1 egg…if allergies or vegan
What can i use to replace yogurt?
If you’re just looking for nondairy Kite Hill brand vegan yogurt works well and so does silken tofu any brand. Applesauce is a good sub, banana or coconut cream. Good luck 🙂

My dough seems a little too sticky and soft. It was only 250 grams of flour right. Yours is a little sticky mine seems far stickier. I did add a bit of flour. I guess we’ll see what happens.
So glad that I am not the only one. Yesterday I tried this recipe and mine was also very sticky, I have to add quite a lot more flour.

No it's not , the bread is healthy when you make it with the home-made yeast.
I have tried this recipe twice today and it’s just not proofing. I waited 15 minutes to be sure that I saw the yeast react with the yogurt and honey but, it’s just not working.
Sometimes yo just need to add a little more flour

I don’t know what I did wrong, but every step of the way was a soggy mess. I follow everything exactly as shown, except the dough was so wet, it stuck to everything.
10% vet is bij div. Merken verschillend, kan de oorzaak zijn.
Add more flour next time. I had similar issues. If the consistency was too wet, I added more flour to it.
You are not the only one, mine is also sticky. I tried it yesterday and I had to add more flour. For 250 gram yoghurt + 55 gr egg + 30 ml oil as the liquid, I will need more than 250 gr flour. At least here with the kind of flour and yoghurt available.
@@LS-zo3cr Mine didn't work at all. I kept adding flour, and I just couldn't work with it. Threw it out, and IMO, it was way too sweet.
