    ▶ Ingredients (8 Scones)
    300g Flour,
    150 g Unsalted Butter,
    60g sugar
    6g Baking powder
    5g Salt
    150 g heavy cream
    -Egg wash for surface
    -Turbinado raw cane sugar for sprinkle (Use coarse one)
    Keep all ingredients in the refrigerator until just before making them.
    I'm working on a big bowl today, but you can pour powder on the workbench.
    Preheat oven.
    1) Put plain flour, baking powder, sugar and salt on the bowl.
    2) Add the cold butter sliced ​​into cubes and chop it with two scrapers until it is about the size of a grain of rice.
    3) Add cold cream and mix with two scrapers.
    4) If you can hardly see the powder, lump it together roughly.
    5) Make the dough round and flat and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour until it is hard in the refrigerator. (2cm thick)
    6) Divide the chilled dough into 8 pieces with a knife or scraper.
    7) Apply egg wash to the surface and sprinkle some turbinado sugar.
    8) bake at 190 degrees C in a preheated oven for 15 ~ 20 minutes. (Unox Convection Oven)
    Airfryer: Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for 10 minutes.
    Storage: Keep the crunchy texture on the outside by keeping it in paper box or paper bag. If you want to store more than 1 ~ 2 days, please pack it in foil or wrap individually and store it in the freezer. (2 ~ 3 weeks frozen) If you put Dalgona candy on the scone surface, it is best to eat it all on the day becausee it becomes sticky when sealed.
