    여기 진짜 스콘 맛보고 미쳐 돌아버려서 일주일에 두번이상 시켜먹었슴미다 제일 강추는 블루베리스콘이랑 바스크 스콘인데 바스크스콘 이게 진짜 요물인게 어쩜 그리 촉촉한지 근데 맛은 바스크 + 스콘 입니다 그냥 개미쳤어요 그리고 주문해서 배달을 해도 진짜 따뜻 촉촉 ㅜㅜ 사장님 돈길과 스콘길만 걸으세요 다이어트 끝나자마자 블루베리스콘이랑 바스크스콘 돈쭐 내버릴겁니다 ㅜ

      ): 무염버터로 사용하세요~ 싼거 아닌 브랜드 사용하세요! 그렇다고 최고가 버터로 사용하시라는 말은 아니에요~ 그냥 싼 버터로 만들면 quality가 너무 떨어져서.. (미국이여서... 한국에는 어떤 버터가 있는지 몰라서..)

    와... 왜 나는 타르트나 페스츄리 만들때 버터랑 밀가루를 손이랑 스크레이퍼로 일일이 쪼갤 생각만 하고 블랜더로 갈 생각은 못했지???? 간단하지만 저 혼자선 생각 전혀 못해낸 완전 대박 아이디어 얻고 갑니다...시간 단축 엄청 나겠네요...

      원래 집에서는 양이 얼마 안돼서 스크레퍼 많이 쓰지만 업장에서는 대량으로 하기때문에 푸드프로세서 많이 사용해요 ㅋㅋㅋ

      무스 코팅 안된 은색몰딩으로 해도되유~~ 저가 스콘집운영할떄 10cm정도 된걸 썻던걸로 기억해요 근데 코팅이 없다보니 한본 굽고 뜨거운물에 불려서 스펀지로 닦고....귀찮아지더라구요

      지름 8cm에 높이 5cm 정도면 충분 할 것 같습니다. 네이버에 대략 1400원 정도면 구매 할 수 있습니다.

    버터는 냉동 된 거 사용하시는데
    반죽이 소리만 들어도 너무 떡져있네요..
    보니까 반죽기로 반죽한거에 생크림을 또 부으시는데;;
    이유가 궁금하네요..
    가볍고 포슬포슬한 식감보다는 속은 덜익은 것처럼 끈적일 것 같은데..

      버터 많이쓰는거라 원래 원가가 존나쌤 특히 잼들어가는건...
      물론 저질제품쓰면 상관없긴한데 맛차이 엄청남

      @@seagullfood 틀에 담을때도 안하는데요.
      이래서 빵가게가서 같은 빵인데도 그 중에서 고르게 돼요.
      중량이 일정해야 아무거나 집고 나오죠.

      @@sudiofem ㅎㅎ 화면에 안잡혔지만 틀에 넣을 때도 중량 맞춰서 넣은거에요 반죽통 밑에 저울이 있거든요!!

      원형틀에 넣기 전에 큰그릇이 저울위에 올려져있는 것 말씀하시나 본데
      거기서 작은 원형틀에 넣을때도 중량 쟀나요?
      설마 총중량=n개 라는 건가?
      개당 얼마씩의 중량인지는 어떻게 아는건가요?

      @@sudiofem 예를 들어 처음 반죽무게가 총1000g이라면 한틀당 100g씩 빼서 900g 800g 이런식으로 가감하면서 중량을 재시죠.. ㅎㅎ
