Maybe because it has a more simple design vs all the add-ons of the truck. Nice job on the Firebird. As far as another car, the 64 Malibu minus the engine/hood would be pretty bad ass as a Redline.

Beautiful! One of my favorite castings. Great job. There are a bunch of the 67-68 Firebird that are a hardtop. The redline firebirds were always the convertible. The hardtop would be a cool subtle custom redline.

You're right! They should have made the trans am as a red line. That came out fantastic! Maybe you could do an elcameno (is that spelled right?),or a chevelle. A 66 charger would be nice; or how about a nova(any year). That car you just did would look great with the bird on the hood too! Great job!
I'm a Ford guy but this body style of 2nd gen Camaro & Firebird is by far my favorite GM product. Very nice work. I didn't think I'd like the gold but man that finish is amazing!
I would love to see a metal base trans am with the heavy body mods you were talking about. Maybe even a blower? It's hard to get it to work and look right on one of those, but I think you could do it. Maybe a red paint job with the wings of the bird starting to go down the sides? That would be awesome. I enjoy the videos, seeing you take a Car and maxing out its potential is amazing. Gosh I love those '70-'73 firebirds.

I don't know if anyone else would be interested in seeing it but after watching all of the different Hot Wheels/Matchbox restoring channels I've kind of been wanting to see some of the Matchbox castings redone as Redline Hot Wheels. There are a few castings of theirs that I look at and think "That should have been a Hot Wheels Spectraflame car."
